The food and the staff were fantastic.

As a solo senior traveller felt very secure and safe-the staff considerate[had the heater on so the room was warm!Also the electric blanket!Also being able to have an excellent dinner on site-free parking while i was away and free shuttle service both to and from the airport-- just so easy!!

I could not fault them-helpfull and friendly!

The leaking roof in our room. When my husband went to get the extra pillow it was soaking wet from rain leaking in!

The bed very comfortable. The shuttle bus to airport. Quiet location for the room that I occupied.

The bar. No draught beer. Long time after ordering meal does it arrive.

Staff at desk were friendly and helpful. Spa Bath was great.

Shower head in Spa Bath too low for normal showering. Having Cleaning Staff Unlocking Door as I am trying to get changed after repeatedly having told them to wait. I found that too be Very Rude, Embarrassing and most upsetting.

Close to airport

The free shuttle that picked us up from the airport did not look road worthy and it only got worse from there. After a flight delay we were left standing in the hall way with three children at 2am as the key would not fit into the room door. The staff had to break into the room to get us access. The beds were filthy. The linen and towels may have been washed but they looked old and had stains on them. If it had not been two in the morning we would have walked out. The room and lobby smelt musty and damp. The couch in the room was so stained we would not sit on them. Yuck! Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Didnt like how the Website showed the Rooms but yet it wasnt as I thought it was...

Breakfast included in room rate. Good supply of milk and tea making facility in the room. Guest laundry. On-site restaurant available for dinner. Well priced.

I loved that it was very clean and comfortable with kind, friendly, efficient staff. Especially appreciated as I arrived at 1am. I liked the cosy feel of the room. I loved the free shuttle to and from the airport. I loved the dilmah tea, the milk, the alarm that worked and the comfy bed. I liked the hot shower, the soap and shampoo, and the clean towels and bedding. Liked the look of it all.

I really can't think of anything. Bathroom might need a little renovating, but for the price, fantastic :)

Calling this a Hotel is a joke. It's run down and shabby with crap service. I booked through booking.com and booked room with air conditioning and a bath and was given a room without any of them. When I approached them they had to downgrade my room to a standard room with air conditioning but still no bath. When I asked them if they had a room with both but they said they didn't and that was all they can do. The cost of the room was the same price they said so offered me no refund of the difference between the rooms. Not impressed at all and will not recommend this place to anyone.

The man at the reception the morning I left was very gentle and was sorry about the breakfast I never had.

I had the feeling that I was disturbing the lady at the receptionnist each I came to ask something. And the early breakfast I was supposed to have in the room, had never been serve ! As I am a receptionnist in France, I found that behaviour not appropriate;

has all required facilities for short term stay, inc bar. Handy to other restaurants. Well priced and offers car parking.

Car park full but no problem as staff parked car out back when available.

The restaurant service took well over 1 1/2 hours, there was only 6 other people dining and we only ordered 2 burgers, very very poor service.

The room and bathroom were clean and functional.

The breakfast was spartan and the coffe was like ditchwater
