“ I travelled for business and needed nothing more. All rooms feature a private balcony or spa bath. All heated rooms feature a well-equipped kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator. Close to the airport, great views of the bay. Close to transport. Great pickup and drop off service. Dropped us to the shops to get dinner because it was raining.

the young guy on counter was very helpful ..as we are older ladies we couldnt manage the stairs with luggage...he carried the cases up the stairs for us no problem...also the complimentary drink on arrival was an excellent touch after a long day on the road

Good beds no roll together ,good shower,very warm & quiet,fantasticlocation opposite nice beach 300m from shopping centre nice view complametory drinks of your choice on arrival,good quality tea etc reception open till 1am Not enough pillows

Welcome by staff and complimentary drink choice. Location to airport. Not sufficient signage, couldnt locate the entrance. Our complimentary drinks and milk cleaned out of fridge after first nite stay... we booked for 2 nights.

Close to airport .no twin as booked so given family unit for same price Hard mattress especially in bunk bed . They are putting another on top when we go back

We loved the personal touch with Jenny the Manager, very willing and accurate information ie the distance we had to travel, eating places, etc. The changing of the linen and re stocking the unit daily. I was travelling with my eldery mother, when I booked a first floor unit the management phoned me straight away with concern that she may not be able to cope with the stairs. I thank them for that, but she was fit enough to compete in the Masters NZ Track & Field Champs so I knew she would cope. Excellent service.

was close to the airport. Clean. Service was friendly. Very small room, cheap bed that was very uncomfortable and woke with a sore back. hard to find, tucked away in an industral area, expensive for the very tinny closest like room we had ($140) air system in bathroom went all night with a very loud high pitched whistling noise that made it hard to sleep. wouldnt stay again. Not very sound proof got woken by people leaving at 4am..
