Good price. No iron in room. For tradesmen not professionals. Cold room with ineffective heating. Mattress seen better days.

I found the owners fantastic. They where only to pleased to swap our unit from two studios to one large room. I found the room compact but very serviceable it meet all our needs and I wouldn't hesitate to re book there Getting in and out was a tight squeeze there is not a lot if space for vehicles

Friendly helpful staff. Nice and quiet. Easy to find. Very relaxing. people walking by the door in the morning, floor boards were loud and woke us up but apart from that everything was excellent

The room was clean and tidy. The receptionist/host was a tad imposing, questioning us as to why we booked with booking.com, they also tried to charge $20 per night for my 10 month old son where it said clearly on the advertisement that under 2 year olds would stay free in existing beds, this was the reason we booked a larger room. The facilities were average, the shower/bathroom was clean however the shower was not in great condition, the shower was broken and would not slide up or down. The staff had also advised they had turned the fridge on when we got to the room we discovered later this was not the case. For the price we will not being staying there again
