Lovely modern appartments which is great for a family. Clean,tidy & nice & warm with the fireplace & heating.enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was just like a very comfortable home. Loved the gas fire and the view was wonderful. Liked having the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms on seperate floor from the living area. Back enterance on to top road very handy.A comfortable walk into town.

Small things but... ≫Bathroom required cleaning by us before use. ≫The plug for the bath had a hole in it. (Made bathing 3 kids difficult). ≫We saw no staff over 3 days even during 'office hours'. ≫Dryer did not work. ≫ a few blown light bulbs.

Great view of The Remarkables and Lake Wakatipu. Very spacious with lots of room for two couples. Good facilities including large kitchen.

Walk back up the hill after a night out.

Beware, contrary to booking.com policy, it is the policy of this establishment to charge your booking credit card 1 day prior to your arrival! In this case I incurred an added 3% foreign transaction fee!

The apartment has a beautiful view of the lake, the mountain and bits of the city especially in the morning and in the evening. It has a secure sheltered garage space right under our own apartment. The apartment is fully furbished and clean.

Unless you have your own transportation, it is quite a long walk uphill from town to the apartment. However taking a taxi from town is easy and the fare from town to the apartment is about nz$7-8.

Being on two levels. The holes in the toilet walls and the patch up in the bedroom. The heated towel rail, heater and the heated floor were not working in the bathroom. Although the upstairs was great the bathroom/ toilet are in need of an upgrade in order to fit with the description of a luxury apartment.

Appreciated the room upgrade. The apartment was clean and very comfortable and all facilities / amenities were of very good standard.

Location is just a bit too far to walk in to / walk back from Queenstown. With Queenstown being a resort town, late night partying is quite normal, which leads to roudy late night - 3 to 4 am - discussions amongst residents of the Apartments or adjoining properties. Woken up each night of a 4-night stay.

Very nice apartment with beutiful views and plenty of room for a family with teenage children.

Lots of space and fully equipped. Relaxing and within easy walking distance of the town centre. Very comfy bed and a good view of the lake from the main Double bedroom. Very clean and well looked a after apartments. Nice big garage with internal private access. Very pleasant staff.

The neighbours roof below wasn't painted but it was below your beautiful view of the mountains and lake.

the stairs, nowhere did it say there were many stairs. The two rooms we had were for 3 young children and a baby so it was more difficult for us

Host was fantastic, offering great support and nothing was too difficult. It was modern and good value for money.

It was a bit of a walk to the main streets in town.

Nicely planed, relaxing ,great view

The apartment is awesome and my children love this place the most. It is a 3-storey apartment and we have a beautiful view at the balcony. The kitchen is well-equip and we have 3 comfortable bedrooms. Though it is not within walking distance to the town centre, driving there took only a couple of minutes and we were able to find parking lot easily. The price is very reasonable and it's really a value for money deal. Not finding the ever reliable Wi-Fi :)) Will definitely stay there again should we go back to Queenstown.
