Alta Apartments  

Stayed at Alta apartments with friends on a girls weekend away - very impressed, particularly as we were upgraded to a 3-bedroom apartment having booked a 2-bed

My wife and I enjoyed the location and privacy of apt 11B. A view of the lake ,although not essential, would have been nice. Our room was first class , clean and with the amenities we needed. We intend returning to Queenstown sometime in the future and will be looking at booking with you again. Note. We did not get to meet any of the staff so could not comment on that question.. Location for price, size of aprtment, and facilities. Garage, modern. The manager (lady) was very helpful and friendly. Location nice, not too far from town. Nice thankyou!

Fairly good design and well maintained.

The site is rather tight to fit in the building block, leaving hardly any space to maneuver.

Used Alta Apartments for two night stop over on trip around South Island. The apartment itself was very well appointed and had the most wonderful view from the lounge window. However, the one down side is that the drive into the apartments is not good if your car has a low bottom, even though there is a warning! Also it is quite a little walk into town but the good points far outweighed those negative points.

Good location although further out of town than indicated, good design although parking a car is some what difficult. Super views but a hard walk into and out of the village!

Clean modern fitments and large studio

Internet access was poor throughout the whole complex, and you will not find this out untill after paying for the access Small tv with limited channels, this did not even work No coffee table or table of any sort in room, no place to put coffee cups or work on your computer No complaints procedure

This was a perfect place to stay. Before arrival was slightly nervous about the distance to town as per other reviews. However, is a great location 5 min walk to town n 8 min to walk home ( up hill like almost all other hotels). Very impressed with helen ( manager) very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be returning :) thank u sooo much for making our stay so great

Excellent modern spotless facilities and very friendly helpful staff. Conveniently located in town, keys left out for us due to our late arrival. Would recommend this establishment to any fellow traveller

Parking is a little sparse, with insufficient bays for the number of units & street parking is very limited.

Excellent apartment and facilities (self-catering). It was spotless and heating was on when I arrived. Arrangements for key collection were good and a very good booklet detailing how to manage the apartment. Good off road parking.Location was a short 5-10 min walk from the centre of Queenstown.I would recommend the apartments to a family or friends (4 adults).

Great apartment with carpark and view - very spacious, large bedrooms

The location is a bit out of town so you mostly need to drive. When I say a bit out, it would only be 1.5km's but up a hill and when icy and cold, not a great 15minute walk

Modern apartment which I highly recommend. Modern facilities in a stunning part of the world. The whole family loved Alta Apartments!
