Aquarius Motor Inn  

The staff were very friendly and easy access to facilities like the guest laundry and indoor pool. Units were spacious especially for a young family as ours. We loved the fact that the motel was central to places like the supermarket, shops, Hamilton town centre etc. We had forgotten a wallet in our unit the day we checked out and the owners were very gracious to post this back to us. Thank you!

The facilities and staff were great

Friendly & loved the pool

Wifi was ok.

No chairs, no table. Shower door would not close. The room looking very 'tired'. It was a $99 'special' which suggests a decent room marked-down for the weekend, but it wasn't worth the $99.

Personal email received immediately after booking made one feel welcome. Friendly welcome on arrival, helpful staff. The indoor heated pool was super - just large enough to swim in properly and mostly we had it to ourselves. It really made the stay! Nosh supermarket nearby provided essentials for picnic supper. Well-equipped separate kitchenette area.

Mattresses far too soft. No chairs to sit on, just two stools. Nowhere to put suitcases except on floor. A few things in the kitchen were not clean - probably overlooked by cleaner in a rush. Nowhere to put dry personal items/clothing at poolside.

Having to use internet on phone outside room to get quality coverage or sustained coverage in general.

The room was close to the busy road and suffered a bit from road noise.

Value for money. Good location, My unit (6) was very quiet. Plenty of room. Good sized bathroom. Well equipped kitchen. Very pleasant manager.

Service

I asked for light bulb exchange, but they didn't deliver fridge broken (but still operable) microvawe dirty Internet worked at the reception only

The architecture and suite layout are interesting. Big bathroom. Basic amenities (coffee, fridge, milk, boiler, etc.).

The Internet wasn't working that day, and I had shopped for this place specifically for that feature, so I was disappointed. The structure felt dated - things were clean but not well-maintained. Door locks were shoddy. Price was high relative to quality.

Large room

Asked for two double beds, only got one. Wifi didn't work unless you stood in middle of car park Room needs air con or at least a fan

Location was excellent. Mine hosts lovely couple. Room was excellent though a little dated but spotless and comfortable

The room seemed a bit cramped, It would be good to take the single beds out and put in a two seated couch as well as a small table and chairs
