we really enjoyed the fact that everything was around the corner with in walking distance, we felt comfortable and relax. We in the near future will be staying again

there isn't a bad word to say we would most likely suggest the Ashwood Manor Motor Lodge to any one who is looking for a motel

Everything, clean, quiet, close to town, very friendly hosts, would definitely stay again.

Would of liked a hotplate, maybe air conditioning could be considered at some stage

It's a 4* location with very friendly staff, good size room, excellent shower & wirlpool, clean, perfect service and good location. We had a preference for a safe parking spot cause of big classic car and we got 2 parking spots out of street side which was perfect. Thanks for that!

It was close to a lovely big park and restaurant and cafes. It was also very clean.

Washing machine hire was very expensive and there was no free wifi. We also had two single beds joined together to make a king size bed.

The bed was really comfortable and the shower was amazing. Good pressure.

It was a very good home away from home lodge to stay at. It was handy being close to the CBD but was also nice and quiet for a good nights sleep. The grounds and my room were clean and well presented even with short notice of my booking. The services they provided and the wonderful and warm hospitality shown during my stay was excellent. I will definately be back again

The staff were friendly and it was easy to check in and out. It is close to shops etc and easy to find.

I was blown away with the friendly and knowledgable staff. They were able to give me a small map and excellent directions to where I needed to go. The room was fabulous, loved the bathroom!! I would recommend this to anyone and can't wait to return for another stay!

Good close location to Hamilton city town. Get room with private spa.

The gentleman (bill) on the reception desk was so nice and gave us a very warm welcome, the facilities were clean and well maintained,was within walking distance to the city

Very clean room, friendly and helpful hosts, large bathroom with great shower, complimentary SKY movies, good parking & the water features were very relaxing in the heart of the city! Much quieter than I expected given the proximity to the busy social centre of theis Student town. Good parking too!

Room was quite hot on the first night. AC would make he place perfect.
