An excellent stopping off point when travelling in South Island. The motel was clean and comfortable.The owners were very helpful and the area is fantastic,especially close to Mount Cook viewpoint. Best value for money on our recent trip!

While exuding the exterior of an older motel, the rooms are completely fresh, modern and spacious, and well-furnished. The bathrooms are big and furnished with spa tubs. Nice view of landscaped courtyard out back. Quiet. Walking distance to town center and restaurants, etc. Helpful staff! What's not to like?

Spotless presentation and fresh smell. The spa was an added bonus. The outdoor area was lovely and private.The free wifi worked well. Parking at the door was helpful in the rain. This was the best motel on our trip and the cheapest! We liked it all!

The owners of this hotel were very friendly and helpful and gave us good information regarding facilities in Twizel. The room we had was very comfortable and we had a nice garden area to sit in to enjoy the lovely weather.

Perfect location in the heart of the South island with mountains and glaciers only in an hour driving distance away. You can enjoy lake Pukaki, lake Tekapo or get closer to Mt. Cook and visit Tasman Valley with a stunning view over Tasman lake and glacier
