Les made us most welcome and weny out of his way to ensure we had a great stay in Hokitika. His various suggestions for places to visit and places to see were all wonderful. He also recommended some very good dining. The Annabelle is in a quiet and easily reached location, only a short walk from the beautiful Hokitika. Saying goodbye afte such a very good experiencer

Value for money. Very clean and cosy ambience. Convenient location. Friendly reception. Wall in the main room was thin. Could hear guests in the next room watching TV late at night.

We liked the comfort of plenty of space [not cramped] for 4 people the wonderful showers &comfortab le beds. Could have had enough teabags & flannels for 4 people otherwise nothing to dislike

Les was fantastic. Very helpful and gave us great information. Can highly recommend. Nothing seemed ro be a problem for him. Would certainly return. His recommendation for evening meal was fantastic. All was good

The rooms were spacious and clean. Les was helpful. Internet connection was good. Television channels were good. Liked the touches such as the chopping boards with stones. The in-house informatiion about what to do around Hoiktika was excellent. Nil significant.

Best motel we stayed in all of our week away. Clean and all the extra little touches. Even Whittakes little chocolate bars in master bedroom. And tissues and some biscuits !! Quiet location but minutes from town. All rooms a good size. We didn't feel at all cramped ! Would go back again when we go to Hokitika. . Not walking distance from town, but this didn't bother us.
