All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged NZD 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
A fixed amount of NZD 20 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Pets are not allowed.

Close to airposrt & venue I was going to Smelt strongly of cooking odors when I walked in. Decor & appearance very tired looking. No iron in room nor info about hotel services |

Wireless internet, proximity to airport, efficient transfer service, competitive rate Decor very basic, stairs narrow, no minibar or shop, restaurant was closed so couldn't get any food or drink (note: haven't read guest reviews). |

free car storage and shuttle service was good. People friendly and tried to give the best service they could with the facilities they had. We were downstairs at its very noisy. Quests arriving and departing during the night did not allow much sleep. Best to have an upstairs room I guess. |

The hotel is close to the airport, offers a very convenient shuttle to the airport.Staff were gracious and helpful. A very convenient overnight stay when I had to be at the airport early the next day. |

Close to the airport, we were only there 1 night, but it was very clean and confortable, but we found it quite cold. We came straight from the airport and had a shower, but the restaurant was not open until 6pm we got there 11am, by 2pm we were ready for something to eat, we had to go looking for somewhere for a sandwich or light meal, there wasnt a lot around. |

Clean convenient and comfortable accommodation at budget costs, ready free airport transfers at any hour and free internet usage, car hire pickup and return at Pacific Inn or on neighbouring premeses.Choice of 3 breakfast types at reasonable cost. Little restaurant on site.Well done. |

As an in transit traveller the location was great, the room was spacious and comfortable and the price was competitive.Whist I didn`t use it this time the extended parking offer is great. The hotel had everythingt that I wanted, I will most certainly be back when my travls warrant an Auckland overnight. |
