Big-screen TV although I didn't use it. Free Wifi in room. Free Airport Shuttle service.

Asian staff with poor English. No Bar / Restaurant. No in-room information. No room service except breakfast. Terrible cooked breakfast.

Good. The staff is friendly and would be willing to help.

Being put in a smoking room..to be told that no one smokes in the room even with the ash tray in there..

Airport transfers

14Th. March 2013, 2 Bed lamps not working, took 30 mins to rectify and have to pay for air con. Remote if you want it. 21St. March, had to wait 45 mins. For airport transfer, they refused to admit that they assumed we were at the International terminal. Room, no bin in bathroom or any tissues available, 3 teabags. Very basic room!! Would only recommend the place on advising that it is very basic and some of the staff totally lack any people skills. I was owner/operator for 10 years and did handsomely well by treating clients with total respect, it created a huge amount of return bookings.

Nice people. Very convenient for getting to the airport early morning.

Room: quite small. Tap dripping. Lights not all worked. Maintenance quite poor.

Being charged a credit card fee when this was not mentioned on the website - so travellers be warned.

Staff were friendly and helpful, location was good and shuttle was prompt. Rooms were budget but clean.

I was led to believe there was free parking the few days I was overseas but was charged a parking fee. Internet was supposed to be available in the rooms but was not working, 1st view of the motel when arriving was that it looked very shoddy looking from the outside. I was told I could look for somewhere else if I wasn't happy without losing any money but did not feel like going out searching at that time of night.

No airconditioning in the room,but for $79 a night you cant expect everything.

Everything was good except the telephone was not connected so didn't get early morning call for the taxi at 4.30am

From the outside it looks awful but get a studio room and the room is huge!! They also sent a free shuttle to pick us up and take us to Auckland airport. We only stayed here for one night before flying off early, there is a few good restaurants near by that will pick you up if you want to. The indian restaurant is lovely nearby! The breakfast is brilliant, you get lots for just $7 and it's brought up to your room, and you get free wifi!

Easily found and accessed and.very pleasant and helpful staff. I have stayed at Auckland Airport Pacific Inn 3 times and will continue to stay there whenever I'm travelling oversea's My 11yr old grand daughter thought her stay ther with me was absolutly marvelous.

I didn't think the room was big enough, there was no room to put my luggage and the shower water temperature kept going hot and cold.

The room was clean.

We did not feel safe in this hotel. The clerks will not come out - day or night - unless you ring a bell. Most of the cars (not ours) were kept behind locked gates. The door to our room had a door know with a push lock. The rooms are accessed with a key, not electronic cards. There was no deadbolt or chain lock at all. We left after one night even though the manager insisted on charging us for two. It was worth it to pay for another night and not have to stay at this motel.

We arrived and our room was given already to someone else. This person was moved to another room. Toilet was very dirty, water all over the floor (assumed it was water) , a razor blade cover was in the plug hole of the hand basin. In the morning the shower ran out of hot water, the shower head was loose and was held in the upright position by water pressure. The smoke detector in the room had dried pre moistened paper in all of its vents so I would wonder if it would work. Overall very disappointed and too over priced for what we paid. The picture shown on the website for the pacific inn it self are not a reflection of what we saw at all.

I thought the room was too small and hot and the duvet cover smelled and was not clean so I didn't use it. The communal shower did not work properly. The advertisement in booking.com made it looj like I was getting an $89 room for $69 but it was a $69 room for $69
