spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, all the amenities you need The ice tray in freezer was empty when we arrived and they charged $3 to supply a bucket of ice. |

I was upgraded to a studio at no extra cost. Good food, reasonable priced It was cold, had 2 oil heaters but room was cold on arrival and power turns off whenever you leave room. |

very helpfull and pleasant staff, cleanliness, size and comfort of the suite, and the design of the hotel. no room service as breakfast, lunch and dinner. the price of the car park and internet in the room. |

Very clean. New very modern bathroom. Comfortable beds. Kitchenette in our room so we made our own breakfasts as we stayed 4 nights. Returning to Auckland from the Bay of Islands we stayed one more night and were upset that the rooms were on the first floor upstairs that had no elevator access.We are 4 senior ladies who each had a large heavy suitcase that we had to help each other carry upstairs. We complained to the desk staff but were told there were no other rooms available. |

Very clean and modern. The room had a kitchenette so we made our own breakfasts. The location. The City Mission was directly across the road. Many apts. with students nearby tended to be noisy in the evenings.. Area was a little scary (ie. street people, down-and-outers) especially when returning to the hotel at night. |

We were delighted with the hotel and its location (very near the Sky Tower). Although it several blocks, we were able to walk to the hotel from the pier where our cruise ship docked. Because we arrived early, the room was not yet ready, but the waiting area was comfortable and had a large TV. I was also able to pay a small fee to check my e-mail. |
