Friendly reception staff - good valet service - very prompt, handy location - central Arrival parking area - gets very congested - glad we had valet service booked. Traffic noise - understandable with rooms allocated above main street. |

Location, downtown close to harbour, business, shopping and restaurants yet accessable to all kinds of tours with pickup available at hotel. Limited parking available and rather expensive. The showers need pressure control valves as the shower can go from pleasant to extremely hot then to extremely cold in seconds. |

The bed was incredibly comfortable. The privacy was great and I did not feel pestered by the hotel as can sometimes happen. Great location and hassle free check in and check out. The room had only a fan and not air conditioning and as the windows were hard to open (or maybe didnt open at all) it got too hot in the room. |

Perfect spot in the middle of the city. At arrival we recieved an upgrade, stayed in an large room with superb views of the bay. Sometimes a little noisy but still very acceptable! |
