It was centrally located. It offered convenience for access to the appointments that I had to make. Parking is a major problem, and costly, affecting the overall pricing of the accomodation. |

good staff extra charge for carparking not really meantioned when booking.Other comparable hotels nearby no extra charge for carparking at weekends.No free wifi which we expect coming from europe abig minus in our books.New zealand is pants for internet at hotels motels eyc which is always free in uk and usa and most of europe, |

The location and the the location of the room - very quiet. Staff very helpful and friendly. Excellent parking facilities. The restuarant was very good . Everything was very good and would stay again . There was no information , regarding local resturants. |

The central location, relaxed atmosphere, helpful staff and good food. The Decor looked rather 'tired' in places giving it a dated appearance, also checking out took a long time due to lack of staff at that particular time. |

I liked the fact they still have smoking rooms as a smoker it was very enjoyable to be able to relax with my cigs in my room than have to venture out side to have that morning ciggy, the location of the hotel was just perfect would be staying there again. thanks for enjoyable time The only upsetting thing that has happened, i paid in cash but to stay the mecure has swiped my credit card, my credit card has been charged and been put in a holding account which because of this i am unable to use this card for anything else because all my funds are tied up in a account that sould not of even happened, ecspecially when you pay for the room in full in cash, very upsetting has made the rest of my first hoilday in 8 years quite difficult to enjoyable. other than that i had a very enjoable time a Mecure Auckland thank you. |

The location is fantastic, the price reasonable and the accommodation is more than everything you need, the staff were friendly and efficient the shower was broken and the only way we could advise this was by asking for email contact |

Relatively central location, and it was an easy walk to the concert at the Vector Arena. When booking through the web site, space or area should allow for motor vehicle parking should be included. |

Staff very good. Room quiet. We arrived late in the evening and the booking we did with you online through booking.com had not been received. Extremely annoying and I would not book through that site again. We landed up in a smokers rooma anmd we are non smokers. Mecure staff were very helpful. Also room needed some maintenance. Several drawers off hinges and bathroom part under sink needed a repair. |

The waiter we had in the Vertigo Restaurant was thoughtful and helpful. We appreciated his friendliness. The noise from the street was bothersome. We would request a back room next time away from the street. Even though we were on Level 7 it was still noisy, and we are not light sleepers. |

Sunday night was a nice quiet easy to sleep night with less guests on my floor. I especially asked for a quiet room and found it very noisy on a Saturday night as was put near a lift and rooms around me were banging all night. But I can accept that I then had to be woken at 3am for a drug overdose somewhere and it was a nice touch to be advised by letter about this. |

Staff very helpfull, both at reception and in the restaurant, food at breakfast buffett as in the restaurant was more than satisfactory the bathroom and the room generally needs refurbishing, all looks somewhat tired |

Quiet , comfortable, courteous staff. Very convenient to business and family interest centres in the city. Close to Ferry and harbour cruises. Parking A little restrictive. Often needed other cars moved in order to get mine. |
