Mercure Auckland

J'ai séjournée une semaine à Mercure Auckland, et deux semaines à Mercure Windsort Auckland (Queen Street). Le personnel de Windsort est des plus agréable, et malgré leur petits moyens, ils dépassent Mercure Auckland (Customs Street)

Chambre 702 - Hotel Mercure Windsort - Queen street Auckland: 1 - La cabine de douche est trop petite. 2 - La kichenette ne sert a rien 3 - La chambre manque de rangement pour un séjour de deux semaines

hôtel propre et bien placé ,chambre propre, personnel à l 'écoute et accueillant .

La chambre au 11eme étage n'est pas suffisamment insonorisée pour les bruits venant de la rue customs street les vendredi et samedi soir .Probablement sorties de bars , de pub .....

Très bien situé. Services correspondant à la classe de l'hôtel.

Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit à cet hôtel, mais l'emplacement est excellent. L'accueil a été parfait à l'heure tardive où nous sommes arrivés.

The shower directions were the opposite - ie, turn left for cold, turn right for hot were actually turn right for cold, left for hot

I had been unwell prior to my visit to the Mercure and requested plain scrambled agg and toast late in the afternoon. Room service/chef were very accommodating and made up the food despite the breakfast menu having finished which I was grateful for as I know some hotels can be quite pedantic about things like this. Sounds basic but you'd be surprised how many hotels would not do such a simple request.

For the cost i thought it was appropriate. I would definetly only use at $80 per night value.

Restaurant offered light meals which suited us and the view of the sky tower was so nice we stayed for 2 wines

I sent 2 requests for harbour views and didnt get a rely when I got there I could of had views for $30 extra had I known this it might of chosen a different bed configeration as I had chosen 2 singles and they dont have views I was told

Centrally situated,friendly staff & homely atmosphere

Would suggest a bigger variety for the dinner menu which offered more New Zealand seafood such as lobster & mussels & venison as well.

extra charge for carparking not really meantioned when booking.Other comparable hotels nearby no extra charge for carparking at weekends.No free wifi which we expect coming from europe abig minus in our books.New zealand is pants for internet at hotels motels eyc which is always free in uk and usa and most of europe,

Close to Viaduct and shops. comfortable, just around the corner from Britomart, as we arrived on Overlander. Nice atmosphere.

I did not appreciate the manner and level of competency of one member of the front office staff in dealing with an evident telephone fault.I also thought the concierge was officious.

I liked the fact they still have smoking rooms as a smoker it was very enjoyable to be able to relax with my cigs in my room than have to venture out side to have that morning ciggy, the location of the hotel was just perfect would be staying there again. thanks for enjoyable time

The only upsetting thing that has happened, i paid in cash but to stay the mecure has swiped my credit card, my credit card has been charged and been put in a holding account which because of this i am unable to use this card for anything else because all my funds are tied up in a account that sould not of even happened, ecspecially when you pay for the room in full in cash, very upsetting has made the rest of my first hoilday in 8 years quite difficult to enjoyable. other than that i had a very enjoable time a Mecure Auckland thank you.
