The service of reception are so warm and helpful, staff of restaurant are also very nice to me.

room services are a bit slow.

The room was very clean and well appointed.

Front desk was a bit swamped during check in. Parking was very expensive.

Did not like paying 30 bucks a day for parking, but most hotels are charging this

Prompt check in and out. Polite friendly staff. Location is perfect!! This was my second time at the Mercure and no doubt I will be back again later this year.

Location, downtown close to harbour, business, shopping and restaurants yet accessable to all kinds of tours with pickup available at hotel.

Limited parking available and rather expensive. The showers need pressure control valves as the shower can go from pleasant to extremely hot then to extremely cold in seconds.

The lifts were broken and the lady changing the rooms on level 5 did not know - I waited 5-8 mins before going down stairs

close proximity to Auckland central and business. Has all amenities one would need for a brief stay.

The bed was incredibly comfortable. The privacy was great and I did not feel pestered by the hotel as can sometimes happen. Great location and hassle free check in and check out.

The room had only a fan and not air conditioning and as the windows were hard to open (or maybe didnt open at all) it got too hot in the room.

Perfect spot in the middle of the city. At arrival we recieved an upgrade, stayed in an large room with superb views of the bay.

Sometimes a little noisy but still very acceptable!
