Great location, easy to access all hours, bedrooms felt comfortably sized (though bathroom was small), bed was comfortable, rooms had a nice feel. Staff were excellent and the rooms were very clean on arrival and kept clean by the staff. All staff were friendly, courteous and helpful.

Bathroom was pretty tired, especially taps and grouting round bath - which were both awful and could have been very cheaply replaced. Windows were also pretty grotty and wouldn't open wide enough. The hallways were also tired and somewhat grotty. Especially disappointed in the gym - which had been a deciding factor in my staying with you. It was average. Most disappointing were the machines, which were well past their use-by date, The bike didn't run smoothly so was uncomfortable to ride, and one of the machines had a broken wire on the pulley. The windows didn't open and it was hot and stuffy. I only used it once as it wasn't a pleasant place to be. (I did let them know about the gym)

The breakfast room and bar is at the top of the hotel with spectacular views - well worth a visit.

It was very convenient to the CBD.

Absolutely nothing.

The parking was expensive and inconvient. The beds were too hard. The rooms needed refurbishing. Not value for money. I will not be returning.

The location.

The rooms are starting to date, the airconditioner looked much older than me and the tv remote only worked when I was 1 foot from the tv.

Foyer and reputation from other hotels

Corridors and rooms disappointing. Unfortunately the TV was not working when we got to the room, the toilet kept running and the aircon kept clicking all night even when switched off. We were getting up at 4.30am for an 8am flight so unfortunately no sleep at all. I tried to call reception but there was no answer. I did advise reception the next morning.This is not a complaint - I think we were just unfortunate. This group of hotels is excellent.

Very noisy

We found the Mecure to be clean and tidy, and well situated in the CBD of Auckland.

We found parking at the Mecure very expensive. The room was very dated and could do with upgrading, just overall a bit shabby.

Its convenience to Britomart and Quay Street for the bus.
