Novel design with bedroom in loft area with tv, while a second tv downstairs in lounge area. I suppose stairs could be a problem for some people but we just left our suitcases down stairs and only took pyjamas upstairs. Free WiFi. No road noise although on main road. A decent walk to City but not overly distant. Good for a stop over, but no good if you want a room with a view. Shower area a bit outdated.

The size of the rooms, the facilities, the staff who were better than good. Next time we will spend more time there. Words to describe it: friendly, comfortable. Leaving - would have liked to stay longer

Layout of the room with the upstairs bedroom so beautiful and roomy, well built, quiet room, great location, real home away from home with friendly helpful, happy staff. Big open carpark, off street parking, exactly as described in other reviews, will not disappoint and possibly the best value for money around anywhere. Fantastic friendly hosts... That we had to leave to continue our holiday! Sad to go!
