Location was superb, with proximity to Nelson and the beach area. The owners were very accommodating in giving directions for places to see. They are putting a lot of effort into renovations and the place is spotless.

Good place for a family or group. Rooms were a good size, facilities were all good, and nice sized bathroom. Owners were friendly and welcoming.

Lovely, friendly staff. They were very open and accomodating to my suggestion of having hooks on the back of bathroom doors! :-) Really comfy beds too.

The rooms were very modern, clean and fresh with a comfortable firm bed. All modern conveniences supplied and staff most accomodating. The initial outside appearence almost made us change our minds about staying, however think the owners are doing the motel up and doing very well.

The two bed unit we stayed in was very well appointed, clean and had obviously been recently updated. The bathroom was spacious, very clean and was quite modern. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was of a high thread count, very snug. Although we only stayed one night we were thoroughly comfortable. Thanks.

It was a classy old hotel that was redone nicely. Staff was great, breakfast great, and in the middle of downtown. Best place we have stayed on our journey. R & D Duffy

The owners were lovely. They were knowledgeable of places to eat and shop. As they had a cancellation, they allowed us to switch from 2 rooms to a family suite. The motel itself is on a quiet street. Our suite had a backside door with a small patio set where we could sit and enjoy the evening while the kids slept. V. Olmstead

Motel was well located close to the beach and several good 'eating out' options.No traffic noise and easy access and parking. Cleanliness of unit and servicing. Handy to airport. Our unit was on ground level . Heavy foot steps in unit above could become annoying if several guests staying upstairs.

VERY VERY clean ! Gorgeous sheets and I loved the bathroom upgrade and polished floors. Well equiped kitchen and sooooo... pleased the office gave us a coffee bodum to use. Beds were so comfortable. Thanks Maybe a reading light over the single bed in the bedroom
