Great location, lovely apartment with plenty of kitchen amenities. Clean and spacious.

Friendly welcome on arrival. Excellent room, facilities and view across to the water.

The view was magnificent, close to shops, restaurants, and the boat cruises.

There is no resident manager, unfortunately the was a party held in one of the rooms and the after hours emergency contact number was not included in the folder placed in the room, therefore the manager could not be contacted.

Great location everyone friendly and helpful

Clean and tidy and they had anticipated our needs by providing extra items such as tissues, cotton wool, shower gel, milk tea and coffee, and hair dryer. The spa and bbq was a lovely touch too and it is these things that help create a relaxing break! Parking good too!

The beach front views and the convenient accessability to shops, restaurants, cafes and local tours etc. All excellent, we will be back!!

Very friendly owners and staff. Advised on tours and booked them plus great recommendation to go to 'Shippeys' for fantastic fish and chips - so true, the best. Great location.

Glass top table should be fixed to the table base in room that we used. Could be dangerous. Would have liked privacy screen from other neighbor on patio. This should not be very hard to do.

Friendly welcome, excellent spacious room with bay view, close to good swimming beach. Would certainly book here again and highly recommend to family and friends.

Stayed for 4 nights and was given a unit at the rear of the complex with no views or ventilation even though sea view rooms were available.

Great position in bay.

They need to spend some serious money to upgrade quality. Everything is too old &painting short cuts don't work.

it was in a great spot, very handy to everything, my whole family could stay in the same motel

Very handy to Paiha town centre, lovely view of water from deck off our unit. Full kitchen and utensils needed to cook when required.

In 3 bar unit it was older but clean and convenient

No real milk ..just those horrid little potties of UHT milk and also the guy tried to put through a charge for 2 nights even though I had only booked one night, lucky I saw it just as the receipt was printed. I had just said to him I was there for the night too. Also very old and dreary fittings/furnishings. The cupboards and crockery etc smelt stale and mildewy

Location was excellent. Staff were exceptional, offering extra services like free use on kayaks and fishing gear. Room was serviced daily to a high standard. Pleasant all over experience

no intro info in room which was unexpected - usually you would have a 'heads up' as to where to dine, what to do in the area etc etc. searched well but could find nothing.
