Unit was very central, very clean but in hindsight we should have chosen a sea view. Able to walk to see sights and to eat.

The blind behind the spa bath was not very accessable for operating when the bath had to be moved around.

The area around was great. The drive down to Havelock North, up the Te Mata Peak and around that area was incredible. Hasting was really good too.

Location - handy to the beach and the city centre. Motel clean and tidy.

Reception staff pleasant but lacked the extra touches of great customer service eg when we asked for a small amount of extra milk we were given it but felt as though we weren't entitled to it and it was alot of trouble.

I loved the layout. It was interesting and cosy. The owner/manager was very friendly and helpful. The unit was clean and very attractive. Loved all of it and would definitely go back. Have recommended it to friends.

Room facilities spa room layout excellent great TV coverage . Napier is seldom mention I feel it was one of our finds in 3 wks travelling NZ

the room didn't have a view however we were told when we booked . I would book beach front view next time

Excellent stay, nice service at reception, comfortable room, private, very nice outdoor area, love the kitchen facilities and the spa was absolute luxury. will definitely be visiting again.

They are building a childrens play area across the street but this of couse will stop.

Small room with no window

Very comfortable and spacious 'studio room'. Quality of facilities and furnishings was very good. Manager and his wife were extremely welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend it. Upstairs studio flats have small balcony with evening sun that more than compensates for lack of sea view.

Nice motel along the beachfront.handy to Napier centre and restaurants. Owners very helpful and friendly.would highly recommend this motel as it value for money.

I have stayed in many Motels over the years and Beach Front Motel is certainly in the top 3! Beautiful, classy, & clean facilities.

The rooms were very spacious and clean, The balcony has beautiful views out to the beach. A quick stroll into town, plenty of parking, and it was serviced the whole weekend which was nice. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends.

Some small touches would make a difference to the stay, such as a coffee plunger in the kitchen and more towel rails in the bathroom as there was only one for a two bedroom apartment.

Initial problem with our booking being incorrectly entered and told no room. However owners/staff went out of way to ensure error was put to rights, and stay made pleasent.
