The homely feel & personal touches.
wow such beautiful grounds, guest room and not to mention the lovely hosts whom go out of their way to ensure you are comfortable. True Southern hospitality with yummy home baked cookies as an added touch. Thank you so much for a lovely stay! I have recommended you to all my work colleagues.
Nice quiet peaceful spot, cottage fantastic, fireplace awesome, breakfast and service excellent really enjoyed our stay thankyou .
A robe would have been good, pillows a little hard for us, and couldn't see a rubbish bin, only really minor things and did not detract from our stay at all
The gardens, along with comfortable rooms and superb breakfasts.
Breakfast was very nice, thank you.
Lots of flowers, beautiful birds. Well maintained garden.
Blinds or curtains are needed in the toilet/spa area to protect privacy
Friendly personable hosts Comfy beds Spacious room
Very gracious, welcoming and friendly hosts. Delicious breakfasts, lovely place to stay.
lovely surroundings.beautifully clean.very hospitable, farm atmosphere but city sophistication
lack of cooked breakfast
The gardens, the hosts, the comfortable bed.
The breakfast was disappointing given the emphasis on it's high standard by previous guests.
Everything. The ambience. Very classy... Luxurious. Beautiful fire kept going in our absence by Ann. Lovely touches everywhere. Great chat with Ann and Michael before leaving. Just lovely..
Nothing except not enough nights there

It was some distance from invercargill and had a good counry feel about it. The gardens were well maintained and were a pleasure to walk in. It was a good location for a restful break. The house was spacious, comfortable and tastfully furnished. Space age Spa bath
The owners are really welcoming and the location is excellent for a stop over and exploring
the place is quiet and luxury, big living room, great kitchen
the only pity is shower area, water could not go smoothly
Quiet, beautiful grounds. Hosts very accommodating and very helpful, friendly
We had no dislikes
Accomodation was in a seperate wing of the house, so very private. Breakfast was fabulous and the owners are fantastic people.
The cleanliness and comfort of the guest house is a great selling point. The owners are exceptionally knowledgeable about Invercargill. Ask them about the private truck museum not a well known Invercargill tourist spot.
Distance from downtown
We stayed for one night at Beersheba and were delighted with the Tamarisk room which was very comfortable and had access to the very beautiful gardens. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts and Anne was more than helpful in suggesting and arranging a dinner reservation for us in nearby Invercargill. Surrounded by beautiful gardens, Beersheba is a true oasis away from the maddening crowd. We would have no hesitation in recommending this great B&B if visiting the Invercargill area.
