Very clean room and it was nice to be able to sit in the garden at the rear of the complex. The walk into town was manageable and the pub across the road was very handy. We can also recommend the chip shop on the way into town! I must remember not to book a room with anything less than a queen size bed again!

The friendlyness of staff and management ---could not be faulted. Room was not up to expectations--I bed, no microwave,and no sink for washing dishes. A little bit far from town centre.

Very friendly helpful hosts. More than happy to transport to and from train station for no extra cost. Has a good rental car deal available for guests, even just for a single day.

Basic decent motel, nothing out of the ordinary. Room was small (2 people); rather noisy (thin walls); just an average value for the proce. Can't blame this on the motel, but Greymouth is a bit gritty and not of too much interest to tourists (but there is some marvelous scenery within an hour or two drive).
