Great location, great hosts, just by the beach.

The room was clean but we found a couple of objects in the room which probably belonged to the previous occupant.

Small, stuffy, no cooking facilites- tea/coffee and toaster but I expected a microwave. Washing up in the bathroom-ick. Charging to make a free 0800 phone call, cheap!

This hotel needs airconditioning although in saying this,there is a ceiling fan And if weather permits this would be sufficient.

No complaints at all. Great shower pressure.

No sink in the kitchen area. Had to use the bathroom basin.

I stay regularly in hotel/motels around the country for work. The bed was so uncomfortable we both had saw backs, hard to sleep. It was overpriced for how budget it was... Super hot, no aircon... Couldn't leave the only window open... No privacy!!!! Same with the front door!! Room was tiny!!! The worst night away in a hotel for years... Honestly we were so disappointed, ruined the night

Read above... A hideous hotel, didn't realize how dated etc it was. Actually we thought about asking for our money back do we could stay somewhere else ... I would have happily paid more if I realized how crap it would be... Difinetly ruined the night !!!!!! ( other than the company)

upmarket, comfortable, clean, walking distance to eateries and shopping. close to beach. Lovely friendly hosts.

the position of the tv..... its to the side of the bed, and we both got sore necks watching it...

We were only there for 1 night to do business the next day, but was adequate for what we needed, inexpensive and comfortable.

We liked the location, because everything we visited was within walking distance. (National Aquarium, Restaurants, cinema, city centre and beach.)

Close to all the local things in Napier, beach, food and market Sunday morning.

Good standard of comfort and cleanliness. Eco-waste friendly.

Had problems accessing free wi-fi. Office staff not real friendly or up-to-speed with systems. Callers to freephone number were quizzed and made to feel bad. Slow checkout.

Extremely helpful and friendly management. Will be our first choice in Napier from now on

Convience and easy to locate for a stranger. The layout was so organised . Most comfortable room and easy off street parking!

The unit was small but very clean and comfortable. It is very close to Marine parade and the main shopping centre. No traffic noise in the weekend. Very close to cafes. We will stay again.

The kitchen had no stove.

The Motel was very well placed for beach and or shopping. It was also well situated for restaurants and cafe'S. The Motel was quiet and didn't have road noise. We enjoyed our stay.
