Bella Vista Lake Wanaka is located in a quiet street in the heart of Wanaka. The motel is only 150 metres away from the lake and within easy walking distance there are many restaurants, cafes and wine bars. The rooms at the Bella Vista are fully-serviced, with heating and electric blankets. Free off-street parking is available as well as a lock-up garage for motor bikes. Guests have access to laundry facilities. There is a restaurant and bar on site. Continental breakfast is available on request. Bella Vista Lake Wanaka is close to the many ski-fields in the area, and activities available during summer include fishing, hiking and sky-diving. Close proximity to the town. We have stayed at other Bella vistas and we found this one was dissapointing although clean and the room was as we expected. The inn keepers were varied in their welcome. One was very nice and helpful the other was quite harsh. This was the only accomidation during our holiday that took a holding deposit for one night, that was as an unspecified amount.

We have travelled extensivly but this motel and service is tops we will return on next viisit NZ.Just woderful service suites and location. There was o we didnt like.

Excellent Support Staff very helpful in planning the trip ahead. The reception guided us to take a scenic route to Queenstown which was quite spectacular.

Clean and tidy room. Very friendly staff, good bathroom. Despite we were given the family room it was not spacious, but for 3 of us it was more then enough.

Position and cleanliness. The girl on the desk was curt, beds uncomfortable, room tiny and kitchenette effectively unusable. The most expensive room of our 10 days in NZ, and the only unpleasant place we stayed.
