Used as a transit hotel. Very convenient fo bus

Location, plenty of room, tidy, great hosts.

Cooking smells in room from previous guests, however hosts did try and help resolve this. Small bathroom for 5 people. Apartment could do with an interior design refresh.

Prompt response from staff, extremely clean and handy location to city.

No noise proof between floors. Woken each morning by unit above.

the townhouse we rented was at 3 levels - difficult if you have luggage. Also it is expensive and limited wifi

Conveniently located on one of the avenues bounding the city centre. Walking distance to good restaurant in Speight's Ale House. We utilised the outdoor BBQ which went well.

Cleaning as not vacuumed the whole 5 day stay, location noisey, maintenance standard couldn't shut door on main bedroom unacceptable.

Everything about the motel was lovely. very clean with lovely hosts.

The upstairs heater was effective and efficient. A fully equips kitchen was useful. A warm friendly welcome was appreciated. Plenty of clean towels and unit servicng daily was done well. Surprisingly less noise than we expected.

The third bedroom was disappointing, a cupboard really. If I had of known this I would have looked for other options. I also did not realise there were two sets of stairs, descriptions says on two levels...were difficult for the two older members of our group to manage The oven was also below standard - the door seal was ineffective therefore oven function less than optimal. The hair dryer broke and the replacement was useless, somewhat disappointing as I had rung to specifically ask if one was available, and could not do my hair for a function we were in ChCh to attend. The lounge heater was annoying with the fan noise. Couches were very uncomfortable. TV picture quality was poor

De kamer was klein, het bed was klein, het rook er naar riolering, de kamer was ouderwets ingericht, enkele kamers zijn volledig gestut met bouwstempels. De prijs voor het verblijf is veel te hoog in verhouding tot wat je krijgt. Er liggen veel meer motels aan deze weg die net zo duur zijn en veel netter, ruimer en frisser.

酒店服务比较好，房间还不错，首层只有车库，需要爬上一个狭窄的楼梯才进入客厅，房间比较舒适。

The room was cramped and had no air flow. No fan or A/C to refresh the air in the room. Very hard to move around in. Bed was old and saggy. Rated four stars was more like 2 or 2.5 Uncomfortable and overpriced.

Lovely managers and staff. close to everything we wanted to see. Walking distance to some attractions.

larger apartments, as we needed 3 bedrooms, proximity to town centres, attractive, spacious rooms, facilities, helpful and friendly managers.

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating nothing was too hard, they helped us with maps and places to see and eat. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us, it was neat and comfortable. All in all a great place to stay.
