The only element we liked was the floor space we had as a family and the garage for security reasons. The mainroad noise we endured actually ruined our stay in Christchurch.My husband was assured by the owner that the units were double glazed but they are not, as our children and my husband did not get a good night's sleep due to it.Aside from the the units and appliances being in desperate need of general maintenance with DVD players not working etc, the bathroom is too small with no bath which you need with small children.Generally, not a family friendly unit. The two sets of steep stairs were a major hazard also for our preschool twins. |

Lots of space. Good facilities. Helpful staff. Noise, particularly on the Friday night. The review said this was a quiet place, but their room may have been in a different part of the motel. |

the location of the motel was excellent for the activities we were involved in and all round a very good motel .the service from the time of booking was first class the only problem i found was there was no shelf or storage top in the bathroom to place a toilet bag while shaving etc. |

Very comfortable clean apartment with all the facilities we required. The reception staff were very helpful with local knowledge about things to do and services we required. I would definately recommend these apartments. |

The Managers there were very nice and accommodating. The location was very good and the standard is very high. We always try to use Bella Vista accommodation where possible as the standard is always very good. |

Realmente son como chalets con varias habitaciones. Disponen de fácil aparcamiento, salón, cocina americana y baño. Habitaciones limpias y comódas. La verdad que muy bien y aconsejable para familas o grupos de amigos. |
