Best Western Fairley Motor Lodge  

Friendly owners and staff, comfortable, clean accommodation and the lay out was great for a family of five. A short stroll to some nice walking/bike paths. We enjoyed our stay.

Napier is a lovely town could have done with longer here. Apartment excellent made very welcome by the manager.

Courtyard needs a rethink

The room was a great size, really comfortable and well appointed. The room was clean, and overall the motel was in a great location.

It was a short drive into town- didn't cause us any problems, but it's a point worth noting.

Spacious rooms,locality to walks and restaurants,quiet and very clean

Staff were very friendly and the accomodation was excellent. Everything worked well,in the room, and there were two televisions one in the kitchen/ lounge and one in the bedroom. There was also two Chinese channels, which was great for our family. We also had a Spa Bath, which is nice to relax in and fix tired bodies. Napier was Great!

The quality and friendliness of the staff was first-rate.

The hotel staff were such a delight. They are perfect in everyday and take the time to make sure everything is taken care of.

We didn't see much of mine hosts because we arrived late and left early, but our phone call and greeting was very pleasant. the unit was well appointed. Would stay again.

Impressed by two TVs, modern clean furnishings and bedding and expansive bathroom with spa bath - excellent!

Was clean and tidy

unable to book it at 2pm advised it was 3pm disapointing after a long drive. Coffee, tea milo not topped out the nexy day

This motor lodge was impressively clean and cosy. Linen crisp, white and towels fluffy!!! The kitchenette is fully equipped with all your needs. A peaceful and restful enviroment!! Thank you Best Western Motor Lodge

The female proprietor came across as a little cold , but the male proprietor was a very nice chatty man whom took an interest in this clients.

Hugh the host was very welcoming and informative, with lots of useful info about the Art Deco streets to visit, restaurants to dine out and the vineyards worth a look (and of course, a tasting!).Our room was lovely (a studio), spacious and clean, modern and well-equipped. Great outdoor private patio area (if only it hadn't been raining!).

Hugh's language could be rather colourful but only to be expected from a kiwi and it was all done in the best possible taste! (But then we are English, so unused to such honest humour!). ;-)

we went to Napier to bike the trails provided and were delighted to find that our unit was just a walk across the road to the start of the magnificant seafront walkway. it was just a short walk to many amazing eating places and shopping. the weather was perfect. after a 55km bike ride it was great to have a spa bath in our unit to relax in.
