Very good apartment. Good service Nothing in particular. It would have been good to have an alarm clock. But that is minor. |

The location was close to town and the room was nice. The staff were very unfriendly, we were charged for using the facetowels and leaving make up on them which cost us an additional $25, originally they were going to charge $40 but i refused payment on dirty towels. The security frequently walked into our room without notice and would not leave until our few friends left. We informed staff that we were goiong to have afew friends up since it was our farewell weekend, but after not even 10 minutes they were kicked out and then we were asked to cvacate by 11pm even though we were paying guests. I would never stay here again ever. and i will warn others not too as well. |

We enjoyed the space in our rooms and lounge, bathroom was a bit small. I got stuck in the lift and there was no apologies from any hotel staff which I feel is very poor. It was not my fault I got stuck in lift.I would warn people of using the lifts. |

Dishwasher......closeness to shopping, theatre, cruise ship visit. Parking facilities, security, continental breakfasts. 2 tv's. walking from overseas terminal, back to Hotel during wet & cold weather. should have taken a taxi. |

The staff were very helpful and were there 24-7. The location was excellent, close to city centre. Value for money and dedsign very modern! will def recommend :) Housekeeping was not excellent. There was a dirty sheet - our little son spilt some food and we put it on the floor for housekeeping to take and wash, but when we came back it was still there at the spot we left it. we then put in in one of teh rooms and the sheet remained there till the end of our stay. |

We enjoyed the apartment immensely and the helpfulness of the staff. We will definitely stay there again. We asked for the unit to be available to us from 12.00 noon however, this did not happen. There were two cracked tiles in the kitchen area (we stayed in 11A) and the toaster blew the fuses each time it was plugged in so we had to make toast in the oven, and one of the lifts was out of order at checkout time on the Sunday which made loading the car a long drawn out experience - however, overall we enjoyed staying in the hotel and were impressed with the facilities and cleanliness of the unit |

The information i recieved on entry to the motel was good - staff knew what they were talking about. The room looked smaller to what i had booked, even though the room said for 3 people, the couch only fitted 2 and some of the fittings in the room were damaged such as the table and TV cable, on letting the reception know none of the repairs were rectified, as for sky channels i think there was 1 available. |

The fact that we had a housekeeper & we dont have to do it. Yes! Somehow we were charged over $60 for the internet when the daily rate was only $15. The day this charge was made we were out of our room for the day as we travelled to another town which was 3.5hrs away. |

Reasonably good value for an in-city location near the top part of Queen Street... Location is a little out-of-the-way for main offices in the CBD but the rooms are very clean, staff friendly, and price is reasonable... |

found stay excellent with everything you need for home away from home. Close to University, cafe's and Queen street shopping. Found apartment safe, secure and quite with own balcony. |

very clean, we had a big lounge, very very impressed with the shower pressure abd kitchen etc. information about public transport by hotel staff we ended up waiting at a bus stop for over an hr and the pricing the told us was half of the actual cost. |

I found your accomodation by chance - and simply loved it! The only complaint I would have is that we needed more blankets - it was a bit cold! But if that is the only thing - that is something very small - and we could've asked for more - but we were just too tired! Thanks and we hope to stay there again in the future! |

Staff on front desk particularly helpful to people who did not know Auckland at all. Good information given re eating out and arranging taxi to airport. Couldn't understand all the phone messages which came in Chinese. Suspect they were for previous occupiers of the room! |

We liked the fact there was a private balcony! Room was not as advertised and the bread was moldy and the milk was curdled! |
