Bianco Off Queen

Apartment was lovely and new with high quality fittings. Standard of cleanliness was high. When we had trouble finding a park at midnight we were assisted immediately which was much appreciated! Breakfast as part of the room rate was great.

Trying to park in the underground facilities was a nightmare but I understand there is little that can be done about this. A wheelchair friendly apartment would have made the stay easier.

Plenty of space for a family with good quality appliances, nice to have a balcony.

The extra bed that was arranged was a couch and was like sleeping on the floor far too hard, we were expecting a bed that was comfortable.

Good central city location for what we were for doing. Close to central city amenities, theatres, shops and restaurants etc

Sink in bathroom drain did not work had to use the sink in the kitchen. There were no knives in the kitchen although that didn't matter much as we eat out. walls around light switches were grubby

Value for money, location, staff, carparking.

Maintenance ,sliding door lock was brokenwhen we arrived but fixed immediately. Dishwasher handle broken. The smell of drugs being smoked in the corridors and lifts.

That is was central to the city

The gym facilities were tiny and hard to find and the directions from the staff were not clear, like she did not know where it was.

The rooms were very nicely decorated and well appointed. Very comfortable accommodation and close to city centre.

Difficult layout, alley way not nice at night. Slightly noisy and dishwasher dirty handle.

Clean and nice, but not really a hotel, They rent apartments. No hotel type amenities.

The ability to do our own laundry cook if we chose and the access to town was great

Hotel suite was fully equipped, centrally located, clean and a good size. All supplies, including food were refreshed daily.

Unfortunately I cannot think of anything I can honestly say I liked, whilst the room was clean and had everything an apartment should have it was not what I expected from the listing.The beds were hard and while it may have been king size it was two joined king singles with a very rough velcro joiner under a sheet that was most uncomfortable.

Location,location,location.Had I had a better understanding of Auckland I would not have booked, nor would I ever recommend this property for this reason. Noise in the area was also an issue, although as it was a Saturday night and this may have been the reason.
