It had very friendly staff at the desk at all times, good parking for the car. We found it very central for our needs. A good place for us to stay when we have something on in Auckland city. |

The Bianco was clean, convenient and the staff were helpful. Although all the appliances were new .eg washing machine, oven etc the instructions were translated from a foreign language and difficult to understand, I would suggest that a simple instruction sheet be supplied to help guests . Room information advised that our sheets would be changed every three days however this did not occur. |

The location is excellent but very difficult to find for the first time. The facilities are excellent. Our Room was far too small, in fact we had to put the table out on the balcony to get into bed! |

The apartment was well appointed with comfortable beds and good facilities- very good value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful. The noise of air conditioning units outside in the general vicinity of the apartment block - we live in the country so found it difficult to sleep. It was a hot night so we wanted our windows open as there is no air conditioning in the apartment, but the noise was too much. |

It was easy to find Vectra Arena but distance was really more than 10min walk. Excellent security. Good value if we didn't have to pay for park which put up price to$114 per night, however there was a free breakfast which made up for that. Good showers and very clean Position was good but very difficult find and to get into. There were roadworks at street entrance which made it difficult if you didn't know where you were going. Instructions to car park unclear(should have been free of charge for guests).Very noisy units (noise outside). Not enough tea/coffee, no choice of milk. One of the two tea bags had nothing in it. |

I would never recommend the hotel , the service was really bad , the second day i went out to the city , and wen i came back i was expecting my apartment clean and tidy , but no!! , the bed wasn't done properly , the floor was dirty , and i am sure that no one clean the toilet either . And we also have some problems to get our breakfast on time ... |

One problem - at night it was impossible to open the windows, because of the noise from outside. |

We liked that every day a new breakfast for the following morning was in the fridge. No air condition (It was very hot in the room), poor cleaning, no fill of coffee and soap |

it was extremely easy to access the entertainment and food venues in the city. the parking is safe and easy. The room was not cleaned as well as it could have been e.g. the paper wrap from the soap in the shower room was not removed. I intentionally put some discarded paper on the floor between the beds and it was not removed. |

Not alot to be honest The room looked nothing like the one advertised, its was alot smaller then advertised, and a pain in the ass to find, the room was located above a building that had huge extractor fans running the whole night and were extremely loud which made sleep impossible |

Good value hotel which was clean and tidy with all necessary facilities It would be good to have curtains or a blind on the side windows as was very light at night. May need air conditioning or at least insect screens over the side windows. Bed was a little hard but OK. Check in was not ready at 2.00pm - had to wait till 2.30pm |
