Handy location to Auckland cbd. The room was soundproof. Large blue pipe at front entrance, this is a hazard. I made a request about parking an extra day when I booked online. This was not read before I got to hotel. When reservation came through via email I could not access the link to the directions page. |

I loved the room I stayed in, awesome place to escape to for a couple of days! Enjoyed a wine on the balcony with the view of the sky tower! A great place to stay with a group of friends wanting to stay and relax in style :) |

The apartment was lovely, well appointed and clean. Staff were very accomodating. It was a little ambiguous about the carparking situation on the website. We assumed that you automatically get a car park and if you have any guests come that you have to book them a park. So it was a little surprising that we had to pay for the park. I guess our mistake in misinterpreting the website? Also didn't realise we had to request use of the sofa bed. We thought that there would be sheets there if we needed to use the sofa bed. This was not the case and the staff had to organise bedding because they didn't know we needed to use the bed. |

Did not like being charged $11.40 for calling the "free" number of our car hire business.We were advised by the car company that your hotel would not have been charged for the call. Also, lay-out of lifts and buildings a bit confusing. |

Everything about my stay was 100% from the time I called in person aproximately 4 months previously to staying until the actual time. I made a phone call a week prior to my arrival to check all was OK and was impresseed by the response and help given then also, Possibly an extra banket for the bed - unless there was one in the wardrobe or stored that I did not see. |

the central location suited our needs very well and great to have a car park.the apartment was well appionted the small amount of things like dishwash/washing powder made it hard for us to do the dishes.. |

The location and welcoming service from the receptionist Asked for more breakfast cereal, as only 1 packet of rice bubbles and we did not get. Also only 1 lift working so was very slow to get down in the morning. |

Good location easy walk to sky tower, Excellent ater pressure in the shower Our "double bed" was just two single beds stuck together with a hard bit of plastic. On our trip up we call to ask if parking was available and they had no information of our booking even though id been sent a comfirming email - apon arrival we found it hard to unstand the front desk and they were having trouble understanding us, they had also put us under someone elses name and could not find what room they had put us in. |

Well situated in the city, very useful all the stuff: Kitchen, laundry iron microwave, etc. Internet Acces expensive and doesn't work properly, the lobby entrance is hidden in a little alley. |

Night Manager was extremely helpful in sorting out vehicle parking. The vehicle parking could be better organised. Suggest a separate key/pass for carparking only. Room size is a little small and cramped |

The place was spacious, water pressure in shower was great. The bed was hard and it was a cold night that we stayed but could not find and form of heating. The couch was not very comfy to sit in and watch TV. |

Clean and well appointed. Parking wa a bit of a mission to someone who wasn't used to Auckland and finding the hotel in the first place Having to step over a large blue pipe on the ground at the front door. Working out what floor the reception was on after going up from the car park. |

Rooms are always clean, nice to have a full kitchen and laundry in the room. Servicing of the room was not done untill after 4pm, is a little late for some people. |
