Bianco Off Queen Apartments

Loved staying a Bianco, it was perfect except for the breakfast.

The breakfast, was a complete let down. We were supposed to get a muffin, but we got stale cake, which wasn't wrapped. Cereal would have been much better.

Wifi is not stable.

The kitchen

The maintainence was terrible, from dings in walls, to scuffs and the fact that the light switch was painted silver and the paint had come off. Such little things that makes such a visual difference Also the sheets had stains

Fabulous one-bedroom serviced apartment in the heart of Auckland city. A great deal for the price. Apartment included all amenities, including a kitchen and washer/dryer, and complimentary light breakfast was delivered each day to our apartment. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for accommodations in downtown Auckland.

Breakfast is nice and room and location is good.

The male reception is not friendship and professional.

Pleasant stay. Spacious room inside. Full kitchen facilities. With simple but okay enough breakfast.

Although located next to Queen St., It was quite difficult to find it. The dryer machine is pretty loose at the door.

Good position in CBD. Clean and modern with ample amenities good for a quick trip to see Auckland

Loved how spacious the apartment was and having the washing machine and dryer came in very hand after the lovely downpour of rain we had while in town. The girl at reception when we checked in and checked out was lovely and friendly :)

No air conditioning Lots of street noise, we were on the 2nd floor and at midnight there was a lot of noise in the street from the YHA across the road.

Clean kitchen/ kettle

Everything was alright except for the carpet. There were quite a few disgusting looking stains. Quite off just to look at them.

Cleanness of linen, not sure if the sheets where changed, a little disuseded with a large amout of black hairs, on the sheets and under pillows, unfortunately was tired and didn't pay any attention at night so had a shock in the morning no I do not have black hair. Direction to rooms confusing and poor, hope that will help for the future, was my first stay at the hotel. Regards Heinz Fett

I liked the central situation of the appartments, fairly quiet, nice to get b/fast.

I would have liked to be shown where things were, key security system,

Staff where assume and quick to respond to email queries I had. Room was very clean

Parking building space was a bit tight to turn around in. A big Mercedes was difficult to go past to leave building. Not the staffs fault though

Dirty room we were changed to another on arrival. Room didn't look like the pics on the Internet. Breakfast was average dry cake that seemed a week old

Staff were "cold" & unfriendly. Bathroom was obviously for a disabled person but nothing more than a very inadequate "rag" for a shower curtain, allowing water to spray around the bathroom.Shower hose threadbare.Breakfast basket infested with ants every day-dirty and sticky kitchen bench. Wardrobes in living area.

The building and location is very good. The confort is ok.

From my apartment too much noise coming from outside. In front of the building there is a engine o some think like that who make strong noise.

Close to city and reasonably priced

Apartment wasn't clean, cockroach in room, breakfast was not in room and had to ring 3 times regarding it.
