お風呂にバスがないのと少しだけcityからは遠いかな？

very clean, we had a big lounge, very very impressed with the shower pressure abd kitchen etc.

information about public transport by hotel staff we ended up waiting at a bus stop for over an hr and the pricing the told us was half of the actual cost.

Close to city centre, luxurious accommodation, all facilities I could want, parking available below hotel. Problem free saty at avery good price.

Central position, good equipment in theory.

Staff on front desk particularly helpful to people who did not know Auckland at all. Good information given re eating out and arranging taxi to airport.

Couldn't understand all the phone messages which came in Chinese. Suspect they were for previous occupiers of the room!

We liked the fact there was a private balcony!

Room was not as advertised and the bread was moldy and the milk was curdled!

Beautiful room

Convenience to the Aotea Centre and Town Hall for concerts, etc. Although I only use the room for one night so I did not need all the extras, such as washing machine and vacuum cleaner. A slightly larger room with an armchair in place of the washing machine cupboard would have suited me better.

I have aready completed the questionaire where I commented that the bedspread needed to be washed as it was stained. Also the dishwasher hadn't been emptied and I wondered if I as expected to do this. A box of facial tissues in the bathroom would be appreciated.

It is in a fantastic location for the city & represents great value for money given its central location. It was close to the Countdown supermarket so easy to pick up items you needed

We were very pleased with the size, cleanliness and furnishings of the apartment and slept well. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was just right.

It was nice to be able to stay in a comfortable appartment being in walking distance to the ativities we had planned while staying in Auckland and been affordable.

The apartment style rooms were really comfortable and clean. Also good amenities within the room, particularly if you were staying for a longer period of time.

Just the location really. Although its 'off queen street' its still a fair walk from the main hub of Auckland and is accessed via dark alley...not so great when you're walking alone at night.
