Alle kinderen tot 12 jaar oud verblijven gratis in het hotel, wanneer er gebruik wordt gemaakt van de reeds aanwezige bedden.
Alle kinderen tot 2 jaar oud verblijven gratis in het hotel, babybedjes inbegrepen.
Alle oudere kinderen of volwassenen betalen NZD 25,00 per persoon per nacht extra bedden inbegrepen.
Maximumaantal extra bedden/babybedjes in een kamer: 1.
Extra bedden zijn op verzoek beschikbaar en dienen door het hotel te worden bevestigd.
Toeslagen worden niet automatisch meegerekend in het totaalbedrag en dienen apart te worden betaald in het hotel.

Er wordt 100% van de eerste overnachting in rekening gebracht zodra u geboekt heeft en kan worden gerestitueerd.

Apartment was lovely and new with high quality fittings. Standard of cleanliness was high. When we had trouble finding a park at midnight we were assisted immediately which was much appreciated! Breakfast as part of the room rate was great. Trying to park in the underground facilities was a nightmare but I understand there is little that can be done about this. A wheelchair friendly apartment would have made the stay easier. |

The people at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy and roomy The room smelt a little funny, just noticed it as you walk through the room. Nothing too major though =) |

Value for money, location, staff, carparking. Maintenance ,sliding door lock was brokenwhen we arrived but fixed immediately. Dishwasher handle broken. The smell of drugs being smoked in the corridors and lifts. |

That is was central to the city The gym facilities were tiny and hard to find and the directions from the staff were not clear, like she did not know where it was. |

was great view and close to all shops would stay again if im in auckland the only thing that was not good was noise from other buildings, so would bring ear plugs next time |

The very friendly manager at check-in tried very hard to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. Our apartment was excellent, clean and well equiped and all staff generally friendly and room service was (mostly) ok. The telecom building's airconditioners opposite were very noisy, which is a problem for people used to quiet living. |

The rooms were very nicely decorated and well appointed. Very comfortable accommodation and close to city centre. Difficult layout, alley way not nice at night. Slightly noisy and dishwasher dirty handle. |

Facilities in room i.e washing machine, dishwasher The drier didn't work very well and there was no instructions in the room. However we didn't let them know until we left as it wasn't causing us a major problem so they didn't have chance to put it right till after we left |

Unfortunately I cannot think of anything I can honestly say I liked, whilst the room was clean and had everything an apartment should have it was not what I expected from the listing.The beds were hard and while it may have been king size it was two joined king singles with a very rough velcro joiner under a sheet that was most uncomfortable. Location,location,location.Had I had a better understanding of Auckland I would not have booked, nor would I ever recommend this property for this reason. Noise in the area was also an issue, although as it was a Saturday night and this may have been the reason. |
