very clean, we had a big lounge, very very impressed with the shower pressure abd kitchen etc. information about public transport by hotel staff we ended up waiting at a bus stop for over an hr and the pricing the told us was half of the actual cost. |

I found your accomodation by chance - and simply loved it! The only complaint I would have is that we needed more blankets - it was a bit cold! But if that is the only thing - that is something very small - and we could've asked for more - but we were just too tired! Thanks and we hope to stay there again in the future! |

Staff on front desk particularly helpful to people who did not know Auckland at all. Good information given re eating out and arranging taxi to airport. Couldn't understand all the phone messages which came in Chinese. Suspect they were for previous occupiers of the room! |

We liked the fact there was a private balcony! Room was not as advertised and the bread was moldy and the milk was curdled! |

Convenience to the Aotea Centre and Town Hall for concerts, etc. Although I only use the room for one night so I did not need all the extras, such as washing machine and vacuum cleaner. A slightly larger room with an armchair in place of the washing machine cupboard would have suited me better. I have aready completed the questionaire where I commented that the bedspread needed to be washed as it was stained. Also the dishwasher hadn't been emptied and I wondered if I as expected to do this. A box of facial tissues in the bathroom would be appreciated. |

The view was awesome The service was very poor and when booking a room, the details of the room stated there was a dvd player in the room but we found that there was none in there. |

It is in a fantastic location for the city & represents great value for money given its central location. It was close to the Countdown supermarket so easy to pick up items you needed |

near down town Auckland and once located, easy to find again not a complaint - maintenance needs doing on the door of the balcony. Friend got stuck on it and could not get inside. The outside handle kept winding around and around and did not open the door. Rm E2 floor 10 |

My 3 friends and I were very comfortable- everything was very satisfactory but not being able to check in until 2.45 p.m.was inconvenient. Otherwise -great.Wellpriced and close to the Edge where we were attending Writers and Readers Festival. |

The apartment style rooms were really comfortable and clean. Also good amenities within the room, particularly if you were staying for a longer period of time. Just the location really. Although its 'off queen street' its still a fair walk from the main hub of Auckland and is accessed via dark alley...not so great when you're walking alone at night. |

I like the fact that all amenities were available in the room like the washing machine and dryer. I loved the look of the room and the cosyness of it. It felt real homely. The smell of the room when we each time we walked in the door. I wasn't sure if it was from prior occupants and their cooking in the room but wasn't a pleasant smell as you walked in the door. |

The apartments were new and well appointed for a small family. The rooms were comfortable and not too far from the main city. The area that hotel was in was a little dodgy and there was an increased number of "night" activities that are not great for young kids. |
