The room was great for a family with older kids, fitted in perfectly.

It was all very good.

Very central, small and compact . Every thing you need. Great staff and great value for money.

We only stayed one night but it was great and meet all our needs at a reasonable price. There was even a spa bath. Would stay again.

Within 10mins walking from the historic centre of Napier either via the seafront or the same road. Half way to town is a lovely cafe called 'Poppies' which do a lovely breakfast. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained. Napier is well worth a visit for its Art Deco buildings, period cars and local drives.

Bad timing on our part that workmen where working during the day above our room. Having booked 2 nights I was surprised milk was only provided once so don't expect tea and coffee if you stay longer than one night.

For the price this was great value for money. Friendly, cheerful & helpful staff. Very handy to the Marine Parade & City Shopping Area. For a budget-friendly venue I suggest looking no further than this..

I liked clean towels and room service was done while we were not occupying the space during day time

Upon arrival the reception asked for my new credit card details, my initial credit card hasn't expired, however was about to in the next few weeks. I told her I didn't have the new credit card and she said she found it hard to believe, that I didn't have a new credit card. (I wasn't lying) I had to sign a disclaimer form which said I might be charged up-to $500.00 for cooking any offensive food. Offensive food was not described, in the disclaimer and BK provide a kitchen. Whats the point of providing kitchen? The room service only changed towel and gave extra soap, coffee etc, our dishes were not done, our bed wasn't made. Worst thing was the shower pressure is extremely low and the water temperature keeps fluctuating to hot and cold. Sky TV has limited channel's and its all Analogue there is no digital TV.

Walking distance to beach and other fun activities.

The pool was closed the entire five nights during our stay, which was one of the main reasons I booked here.

Quiet, clean, comfortable, affordable, spa bath, kitchenette, efficient staff.

We liked the spa bath. The spaciousness of the studio. The proximity to the CBD. That a cooling fan was available.

How the bed was remade. The noise from the unit above of people walking around.

The rooms were really clean and tidy and the shower/bath was really spacious. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

When we got back to our room someone had taken our park outside and there was hardly any car parks left for us.

2 Flannels for 4 people and when asked for more were told they always only put 2 flannels in the two bedroom apartment as people pinch them! Shower was well below par

The price was great value for money. Very clean rooms, lovely bathroom.

Arrived an hour early, couldn't get in the room until 2pm. Had to find public toilets as they wouldn't let us use one of theirs. Maybe a facility like this could be introduced?

Un Eco friendly room spa. Are spa tubs used much theses days? There is a severe drought now!
