Location, cheerful and helpful management, it was just what it claimed to be.

Cleaners turned off heated towel rail during our stay and with wet towels drying.

Clean, spacious, free wifi and car park. Friendly and helpful acting manager. Close to supermarket and food court.

H2S odour through out the city especially at nights.

We had three adults and one child it was very good and private for all

Wonderful managers, Dean and Marie. Rooms were comfortable with equipped kitchen area, spa tub, comfortable sleeping and seating, flat screen tv s. walk to town. Quiet. Perfect!

There was plenty of room in the well equipped apartment. It was comfortable and had an unusual corner-room layout. We enjoyed our stay.

Like all of New Zealand hotels, this hotel is still living in the 90- ties with its approach to the Internet and wifi facilities. Paid time or data limited connection is an anachronism today.

Good location just off the main highway into Rotorua. Comfortable accommodation. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

The staff were friendly, helpful and informative. The shopping centre and other specialty shop were across the road. The rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Mitai Maori evening was a wonderful experience. The family had a great time in Rotorua.

We needed at least a week in Rotorua not 3 days.

The manager was very helpful in pointing out things to see and do and offered to assist usnwithnbookings. The motel is very well situated, easy to find and close to all major services.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. They were more than happy to suggest places to go in Rotorua and give us discount vouchers for some of those places. The room was great value for money, clean and comfortable. I will definately go there again

Dean, the proprietor of the hotel was extremely helpful. When we checked in, he helped us move the heavy luggage to our rooms and provided lots of valuable information on places of interests and recommended dining places for our group of 8. The shops and super market are just across the street. Dean remained very friendly and calm during our stay even we caused him a lot of stress. We could not thank him enough.

stayed for a night. nice and cosy ensuite with 3 rooms. plus 1 kitchen, living room and nice clean toilet for a group of 6 friends to chill. 3 mins walk to grocery shopping- COUNTDOWN and dining, value for money. get them to quote u for attractions, they can help to you some discount off.

The owners are very accommodating, they are friendly and professional. This motel is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I like the location as it is off Fenton St which can be noisy. As a business traveler I would not hesitate to recommend BKs. I have stayed here for the last 2years and I will continue to do so. BKs are reasonably priced.
