“ It is a perfect location to the airport. I arrived on a very late international flight and had the shuttle pick me up. I was then taken back to the airport for a domestic flight later next morning so very convenient. Very friendly owner and staff. Have stayed here many times and despite my comments about the wifi and the cleaners would stay again. The owners are great and the motel is very clean. Free wifi should mean free wifi not just free for the first 200mb. Our room at the top of the stairs was quite dark and the cleaners made a racket early in the morning going into he cleaning cupboard.

I liked the staff - very helpful. Facilities were very clean. Shuttle to and from the airport a bonus. I expected it to be closer to the airport. I didn't like the curtains not blocking out the outside electric light of a night. I expected kitchenettte to have a stove-top.

Very helpful and friendly hosts. The hotel is close to the Auckalnd Airport and well suited for a quick stay upon arriving/leaving New Zealand. The free shuttle to the Airport was much appreciated with personalized service and we were able to store our luggage at the motel on our departure day while we toured Auckland. We were also able to check in early in the morning at the Best Western after refusing to honour our reservation at the disgusting Auckland Airport Inn across the street.

Too far from the Airport and very noisy and even though we requested ground floor accommodation and received confirmation that we would receive this, we got to the motel to be told our room had been given away and we were upstairs. No Lift. My husband has had a stroke so this was very difficult for us.

After a frustrating time at the airports, we arrived after 1am and the night manager Lorenzo came to fetch us. What a friendly person, and he could even sing our national anthem!!!! (And we are from South Africa).We had a good stay and would recommend the motel to anyone.
