Lovely Friendly Staff, who let us check out late at no extra charge. Clean, comfortable and relaxing. Would definitely recommend anybody to stay here.

Not a complaint, but we did wonder at the title of "access unit" [unit 6]. We did not need disabled facilities but there is no way my elderly mother would be able to get into the bath to shower, and no hand rail beside the toilet, which is usually necessary for the disabled.

Located on highway, very noisy due to traffic, no sound proofing. Steel stairs to second level very noisy with people going up and down.

The hotel was within walking distance from the town which had all the facilities we were looking for on our short stay. The room was clean, well equipped and the staff very helpful and friendly.

we like to sleep with a window open, however the hotel was located on a busy road and we noticed the traffic noise. That said it would not deter us from staying there again.

When we arrived the receptionist was on the phone & didn't even acknowledge us!!! Not very professional - even a nod would have been good

Service was relaxed and welcoming Room was up-to-date and clean, especially the bathroom Bed was super comfortable

It's not a case of did not like. More a case of surprise at how small the living area of the unit was. And how small the cooking area was - not much room to prepare food, and a very small cooker. Suggestion: the room could do with a second easy chair, though I'm not sure where it would go.

Erittäin siisti huoneisto ja mukava poreamme kylpyhuoneessa. Kaikki hyvässä järjestyksessä ja keittiön varustus oli erinomainen.

Sijaitsee aika vilkkaan kadun varrella. Läpikulkuliikenne saattaa häiritä. Kylpyhuoneen laattalattia on märkänä erittäin liukas.

Neat, clean, spa bath, great deck at the back of room.

1/ Very noisy being next to state highway 1. 2/ Beds were too hard in room 8 & 7. Also it was 2 beds of different heights pushed together without a decent foam padding to link the 2 beds.

was a lovely modern room and very comfortable unfortunately road noise was very loud maybe double glazing to combat this/ otherwise great room and would use again if staying in blenheim

Great rooms - newly appointed, and generously sized. Very helpful staff. Incredibly considerate of the needs of a young family.

- beds were extremely uncomfortable - we kept falling down the gap between the two beds. (Needs to be a double bed not two singles pushed together) - cooking facilities were very poor
