Bluewater Hotel  

The staff were very friendly and having the bar downstairs was very handy.

There wasn't a phone number in the room for room service and there should've been a menu with prices as well. Delivering breakfast the night before was shocking, and it didn't fit in the fridge. The plate didn't even fit in the microwave! There was nowhere to hang the hand towel which was annoying but not life threatening. I just found that it was not user friendly, all the information should've been in the room. We had to walk to the restaurant to order room service, and when we got there two doors were locked even though we could see staff inside.

The view of the boats coming and going. Proximity to good restaurants. The day and early evening were great.

The NOISE. Cars doing wheelies and people yahooing all night. Made the night very unpleasant.

Spa bath not being cleaned when serviced. Dirty cloth found hanging in shower on arrival Same cloth found on hand basin after service. Not good some body's stuff left there especially after a clean and a service.

The room was lovely. Very clean, reasonably priced and suited us perfectly.

We had dinner at the hotel which was a bit of let down apart from the dessert which was delish.

Being charged $100 bond after paying for the room in full, then waiting 5 days to get the $100 back after being promised it would be credited back at check out. Told by 3 different people it had been refunded when in fact it had not! Nothing being mentioned about having to pay a $100 bond, never paid one before at any Hotel!.

Not value for money. Over priced for what you got. Nothing flash. Wouldn't stay there again if given the choice unless it was well cheaper. Has To be under $100 for the room type that we got.

We were a little disappointed that the hotel is rated four star, we felt it would rate as a good three star motel.

Location, and the lady who served breakfast was very friendly.

The dish's were not clean and the ashtray was full on the porch, the table and porch were sticky from alcohol. Important phone call coming into the room did not get through.

i liked the attached bar and resturatnt saved me going into town loking for somewhere to eat. I also liked the bedding very nice felt like i was in my own home.

Just that sometimes i could here other peopl in there rooms like the TV or doors opening and closing.
