Very pleasant overnight stay, staff friendly and helpful. The units are very well appointed.

The friendly staff let me check in at 9:30 am :)

The staff were very accomodating and friendly.

Modern and new property, friendly staff and comfortable room. Good access to Lower Hutt Hospital and Lower Hutt shopping precinct.

Room was a little small, had a lot of furniture in a small space.

I loved Boulcott Lodge for a number of reasons including: -It was very new and clean! -The owner, Bryan was incredibly friendly (I accidentally left some articles of clothing and he held them for me until I could make a trip back to the North Island to get them) -The room was comfortable!

No balcony, patio or seating outside. Not within walking distance of the major restaurants.

Friendly hosts. Good reco for dinner on a Monday night when several places were closed

No elevator for guest use altho host brought bags up in the service elevator

I had high expectations of this motel when seeing it online and when i arrived it was not disappointing! :) Beautiful design, Clean, Serviced daily, Quiet had all the amenities you need and more! Well worth the stay for anyone of any age...awesome!

I did find the bed was a little too uncomfortable, pillows are very hard, didn't sleep too well But my partner slept fine so it depends on the person. That doesn't devalue the stay at Boulcott though:)

Great accommodation with quality chattels and nice features. All staff very friendly. It was perfect for what we wanted.

Boulcott Lodge is a clean, modern motel in the heart of Hutt City. I cannot fault it. Friendly staff, impossibly clean rooms and comfortable surroundings. I loved my stay.

There was an issue with the flooding of the bathroom. The unit is an"access' unit designed for the use of disabled persons. The floor is too flat resulting in poor drainage with pooling in the toilet area. This was discussed amicably with the operator who said she had not been informed of it before and promised to invesigate a remedy.

Liked the modern layout, very well done.

The two lounge chairs were not very comfortable, armrests were to high for reading. "Normal breakfasts" were not on the menu. Parking a bit tight, but manageable.

I liked the family feel to the place the position was what I required it was on the main road but no noise ,it was clean tidy and very good value for money I did not have breakfast but it was available as an option

The hotel owners in my opinion especially for business customers need to look at the Internet allowance 200 mb is not a lot in this modern day of communications and as skype is in wide use customers would require unlimited or more standard allowance . but that apart they have got correct as a hotel
