Clean, tidy and close to the event I was attending. Front door and bathroom allowed a lot of light in at night - made it a bit hard to get to sleep.

Friendly reception. Clean. Affordable. Conveniently close to foreshore, shops and restaurants. "No fuss" friendly place. Steps to top rooms were a little narrow.

Well positioned to City for walking. Quiet location and comfortable accommodation and easy to find. Friendly hosts. A couple of times the water stopped running.

Friendly receptionist who was keen to photograph my sports car Only one power point in kitchen area to serve microwave, kettle and toaster. Can't see why all should not have been wired up individually.

Staff were lovely and most helpful. Good location. . We paid a very cheap price and had a perfectly functional and clean room so there is really nothing that we didn't like. It was good.

we were allowd to pay later not on arrival, unit was cleaned everyday. staff always spoke to us and took an interest in what brought us to New Plymouth. you could here what was going on in other units.
