Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable. Handy with teenagers having 2 televisions and DVD.

Friendly, pleasant staff Furious that when it came time to pay the credit card I reserved the room with on this site and which was listed as accepted form of payment on this site was NOT accepted due to "ownership of hotel changing and application to accept had not been processed yet". I had particularly wanted to use that credit card and had to pay using another form of payment. My rating of the hotel would have been much higher but this absolutely ruined it for me - very angry, very unprofessional. The staff member whom I took to be the manager also seemed to have little idea how to organise payment booked through your site.

My Daughter & I thought the place was very cosy & extremely comfortable, good to look at & the pictures in the room added a homely touch, We were both delighted to stay with you there, & if we should visit Palmerston North again yours would be the first place we would choose to stay. The service The cleanliness of the unit The cheeriness of the owner It seems picky but the tv channels were all over the place - the sky sport channels were seperate form the other channels and the fact the tv seemed to lose connection/ its signal quite regularly. It wasnt a bigd eal but if I dont mention it then you may never know!

Myself, Daughter and 13week old grand daughter had travelled all day to visit a Gt GrandFather, we were glad of comfort and quiet for the baby.

Staff very friendly, room clean and comfortable. The accommodation was quite noise as very close to the road.

The staff were so friendly, booked the superior studio suite, was perfect room huge bed, big spa bath, nice kitchen and tv just everything was perfect, was one of the cheapest hotels i have ever paid for and certainly is the best, thankyou so much for your hospitality

Fairly close to center, had a well equipped kitchenette, good bathroom, nice TVs Bed was too soft - but this is personal preference - others could be happy with it. No outdoor area to sit/relax
