The location next to the waterfront is excellent. There is a takeaway, small supermarket and a bus stop near by. The managers of the motel are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The room was very cold with no sunshine. The internet was extremely expensive.

Location especially if you can afford to have a seaside room. Very quiet and peaceful watching the day go by. Temporary only and very minor is managements English could be a little better. However with patience and slower speaking can be understood. Question? why does mangement give discount to lure clientel over phone but will not do for esixting clients on repeat visit?

I had a fabulous time the motel was very comfortable and suited my needs for myself and my guide dog. I very much enjoyed the setting of the motel right on the beachfront.

Brilliant location by the beach but minutes away (driving) from the centre of Auckland. Chalet gave us so much more room than a hotel room. Considering we were there for the Rugby World Cup (quarter finals) the price was not excessive as most of the hotels in the centre of Auckland were.

Location was convenient to shopping in nearby suburbs. On the water which was good, although weather wasn't - so couldn't enjoy. Liked the welcome basket and the extras, like notebook, sewing kit etc.

非常喜欢花园景木屋！两层的独立小楼，一层是客厅，浴室，厨房。卧室在二层的阁楼，窗口可以看到海景（我住- 的是三号房）。厨房的设备比一般的motel都要齐全，可以煮食。相对一般的Motel来讲，两层楼的空间- 很大，装修风格有森林小木屋的感觉。很有家庭氛围，适合家庭或情侣度假。物超所值，推荐！ 因为在海滩边，比较偏僻，附近少有餐厅（只有2家seafood的西餐厅，很贵）。要开车一段路去吃饭，逛- 街。

Really roomy chalet and a functional kitchen with oven, microwave and fridge so very handy when travelling with a baby. Room needed the heater on - it was a little windy and chilly outside.

Considering the price paid we were expecting a better room. We were told on collecting the key that it was a budget room. We did feel it was better suited to a backpacker.

在奥克兰城市里地点算不错，环境也不错。 房屋装修材料太次，房屋里的味道太大。房屋设置不合理，浪费了不少的空间，比如阁楼上的三张床对年轻夫妇来- 讲完全没有用。孩子上去睡又危险。
