“ Really enjoyed my stay the staff were accomadating and freindly. The studio room was a good size and I was able to have friends for coffee. Facilities were great and the apartment was very clean. I would stay there again ”

Calais Mount Resort Luxury Apartments are situated at the foot of Mt Maunganui, on the edge of Mauao Reserve. The self-catering apartments have cable TV and large furnished balconies. The location is great. The parking area and driveway. And also on your picture you have pool which attract the customer which still we need to pay. I thought its your property also.

Nice and close to the Mount,short walk to cafes,both beaches. Can be noisy,with the lower level rooms with people outside.

Cleanliness.location excellent,good parking,quality crockery Tv had terrible reception and staff could only give me a 14in old Tv. Due to the terrible storm I was forced to stay inside and the Tv was bad.

Extremely noisy. Tiled walkway is right outside bedroom therefore you hear all the foot traffic. We were woken several times by people walking past through the night. No privacy. People walking past can look right in to your bedroom.

The shower in our unit was quite dangerous for older people and also for people who are not very agile. Very difficult to get into with a deep bath. Also the lighting in the garage is not right. Went off when we were still getting our luggage out of the car. Standing in the dark, had no idea where the lifts where, and when we did find one it was out of order. Lights need to be better adjusted. We had to go get fresh towels, none left in our unit on the second day, phoned down but had to go get them ourselves so we could shower to go out. Minor details but a nuisance at the time.

close to what we needed to use. With the open plan,every person that walked past at 12-1.30am very drunk made so much noise you just could'nt sleep at all.

It is right at the foot of The Mount, almost a stones throw away from the salt water pools. Perfect walking distance to the beach, and pretty good value for money considering it was still summer time in the mount. Perfect for just a night away, if your looking for something fancy, you should look elsewhere, cause this was value for money, and I know you can not get a room at such great prices over summer for less, with a location like this. If you want peace and quiet, staying in down town mount is not for you. Your going to have party people enjoying themselves regardless, and the hotel can not stop this if they are the street. Only issue I had was the front door rattled a tiny bit, but wasn't a big deal :)

Security, having car in same park number as room number. No air conditioning. We left the fan on at night but it's noise kept waking us.

Closeness to all facilities. Hot pools, Beaches,Town centre Water pressure in shower - brilliant Price at $265 per night was steep for age of facilities, (But it was xmas at the Mount and the competitors charge this rate) The noise of the front door configeration. With each unit having a neighbours door beside each other noise level is dependant on neighbours entry /exit. In this case excessive. Eight young girls in and out repeatedly till 3am. (But it was xmas)

its loction close to the beach and also to the main town centre. restaurants and cafes are also close The rooms are getting a bit out dated and need some maintenance. Bed linen was very light so we were cold during the night.

We loved the Bistro restaurant which is attached at this Resort even although it is not part of the Resort. It is separately run. The head board was very loose and banged against the wall
