The breakfasts were fab, can't fault it not the hotel, but we had an experience of being trapped in stair well which lead to the carpark which also served as a fire exit in case of fire as the lift in arcade didn't work on a sat after 8pm, but the hotel never said. No sign on door to stairs to indicate door locks behind you. No sign on lift or arcade doors to indicate need to use James Cook Hotel lift.	10
