Centrality of location and safety as single woman. Room clean and comfortable. Good price and facilities. Would have liked access to another computer in lobby as often busy - maybe have a 15 min limit if only one available? |

Location, well equipped nice decor. Room was stuffy, bed uncomfortable window in bedroom doesn't open bathroom compact our room 606 was overlooked by what looked liked a building site so unable to leave curtains open. Staying 5 nights but only recieving one lot of washing powder for laundry then having to buy if needed more. |

The location of the hotel is good, right in wgtn and opposite a car park building. The information booklet in room is great and the room is quite unless you open the ranch slider door. The staff were not as friendly as they could have been and the bathroom was a bit cramped with the washer/dryer in it |

Our Privacy and ability to enter and leave the apratment at our will. The clenliness waswas a big plus as well. If we really have to find something to write here, we would say the veiw from the fourth floor. |

being so close to town and shops and cafes we arrived after 8 when reception was shut, this was a bit confusing as we weren't really told what to do |

We would recommend this hotel for just one reason only, its location close to the centre of the city. The room had not been cleaned adequately in that there was dust along the bedhead and on top of the pictures etc and a pair of socks had been left under the bed. The shower was not very clean, with no soap in it and there was only one soap and one face cloth for two people |

Quiet. Rooms were very well appointed and staff very helpful.s Room not ready upon arrival and had to wait for a further two hours passed check in time. Car parking caused a problem when trying to exit on departure requiring a call out to facilitate extrication from the car park. |
