Beautiful house and room. Lovely fun couple who will accommodate all your needs. We loved having drinks with the owners & other guests in the Billiard room.

The welcome wine evening was a brilliant idea enabling us to meet other guests. The room was lovely and breakfast served to the indoor veranda was a superb, quality touch. Nothing!

Absolutely fantastic right down to the informal get together each evening to enjoy a complimentary glass of wine with other guests. Just a very pleasant place with excellent hosts.

Our stay at Cheltenham House was absolutely perfect and very relaxing. The room was beautifully furnished and the gourmet breakfast cooked to perfection. The hosts were friendly and welcoming and we enjoyed our complimentary wines served by the roaring log fire. We wished we could have stayed longer and look forward to returning.

The best hospitality you could ask for. Had many a confusion with booking but this was all handled without hassle. Relaxed and lovely couple not uncomfortable at all very friendly and made us feel right at home even with our very short stay. Got the cheapest room and it was exquisite! Spacious, well equipped with large windows, comfy bedding, very warm despite freezing temperatures and lots of extras. The breakfast included with deal would rival any of the local eateries, delivered to room and a feast fit for a king. Would absolutely reccomend to all, affordable luxury from lovely people, only a stones throw from village but peaceful location.

This was our first stay at this type of accomodation and we both just loved it. Maree and Len where wonderful hosts. We enjoyed the interaction with the other guests over drinks in the evening. The breakfast was first class as good as any first class cafe - great job Len. We had a most relaxing weekend. We would recommended Chelthenham House to anyone looking for a super place to stay while in Hanmer.
