The amount of space in the rooms were great. The staff were very understanding and helpful. Double glazing would have been good when building was designed very noisy at night. Also parking was a hassle we went to park at the cityparks and paid $25 moved our car there was no spaces, so had to move car again to tournament and ended up paying $45 dollars for 6 hours parking on a Saturday.Some combinsation should have been given as we then had to pay another $25 on top of that and moved our car at 12am for a free park at citiparks. |

Went to Scooby Doo That it said on site where I booked that it had a heated lap pool but when I got there it said for adults over 16 and that was the reason I stayed there intending for my children who are 4 and 6 a swim so that was dissapointing and dissapointing for the children too. |

This is one lovely hotel. We spent one month travelling around New Zealand and this was without a doubt our favourite accommodation. The one bedroom unit we stayed in was compact but really well layed out. Very modern furnishings. The view has got to be one of the best in Auckland (floor 22). Would highly recommend!!! |

We book a 2 bedroom suite at the Heritage or City Life every 3 months just for a break and I decided on the Chifley Suites this time because it was more affordable.The location is great and the girls and I were able to access the shopping easily. Loved the bathroom products, better then any other hotel I've been in both here and overseas.Liked the kitchen too. Having read the reviews regarding the noise levels, I rang and requested a higher floor. Although we were given a room on the 7th floor we could still hear the night life noise which woke my baby up a few times during the night resulting in us all having disrupted sleep.I feel that the receptionists need to be a bit more customer service focused. |

La surface et l'espace des executive room ainsi que les 2 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain , et l'équipement de cuisine. Le calme au 14eme étage La vue donnant sur les immeubles en face et la réception très exigue |

La proximité des resto, des shopping, des parking. La propreté de la suite ainsi que l'équipement et le confort. Malgrés un excellent acceuil, la réception reste trop petite (1 réceptioniste) et elle est donc vite saturée d'ou une attente pour les clients. |

Boa localização, instalações confortáveis, preço condizente com o que oferece, staff competente e simpático. A higiene do diária do quarto fica a desejar, assim como a substituição dos itens de higiene, tais como sabonete, shampoos etc. |
