The place is fairly quiet and well located in the city of Auckland. The indivudual rooms are small but tidy, clean, and cheap. |

Location ok, got upgraded into a twin room (nice, more room and a good view). A peaceful hotel. room was cold (temperature at night around plus 3-5 degrees, heating system closed - got an extra little heater into my room when I asked for it, that helped. Also the towel rack in the toilet was off the wall, a bit annoying |

Inexpensive, great facilities and close to City sights and shopping and transport. I had a room looking out to street and traffic noise and voices of people on street late at night prevented sound sleeping. |

Location and convenience to city for a short term stay Too noisy. I was on the road side - there was a lot of shouting and I had a seminar to attend the next day.That doesn't stop me from staying again in the future but I would ask for a quiet room. |

It was central and easy to find from the moterway whenever we wanted the lifts they were in constant use by housekeeping staff and corridors were often blocked |

It was a clean and functional room for my purposes. I liked that it was small and practical saving money on unnecessary fancy things. It was also well lit and safe for a sola traveller. My first room was right near the street and it was a little noisy at times during the night. |

Room was fairly spartan but functional and clean and the level of comfort was acceptable. Good value in a very convenient location. Reception staff not welcoming or helpful. No parking available although I had requested it with my booking. Also traffic noise as the window is the only ventilation. |
