Children and extra beds
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged NZD 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.
Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Pets are not allowed.

Location and convenience to city for a short term stay Too noisy. I was on the road side - there was a lot of shouting and I had a seminar to attend the next day.That doesn't stop me from staying again in the future but I would ask for a quiet room. |

It was central and easy to find from the moterway whenever we wanted the lifts they were in constant use by housekeeping staff and corridors were often blocked |

It was a clean and functional room for my purposes. I liked that it was small and practical saving money on unnecessary fancy things. It was also well lit and safe for a sola traveller. My first room was right near the street and it was a little noisy at times during the night. |

Room was fairly spartan but functional and clean and the level of comfort was acceptable. Good value in a very convenient location. Reception staff not welcoming or helpful. No parking available although I had requested it with my booking. Also traffic noise as the window is the only ventilation. |

I booked a twin room (2 single beds) and was given a double room (1 double bed) upon arrival. When I brought this up with the staff they swapped it for a triple room (a double and single together in a bunk frame (single above double). While I'm happy the staff were quick to, and with no fuss, swap the room, it's poor that I made the booking 4 months earlier and they were not able to provide the room I paid for. Being it was only a single night stay, my friend and I put up with the bunk but if it were longer I'd have made sure they could give me a twin room. Otherwise, the room was clean and for the price it was what I'd have expected. Only thing missing in the room was there was no soap holder in the shower, a small issue. |

i did not spemd much time in the hotel but the repection staff were fantastic, good being able to leave bags after check out, the stairs being avaiable as an alternatet to always having to take the lifts, my room was very quiet the blinds in my room 612 do not cut out much light at all so had to wake very early i think that curtains instead or even as well would be better |
