The manager, Samuel, and the two receptionists with whom we dealt went above and beyond to meet our needs. They were very friendly. We would definitely use your hotel again! |

Proximity to shopping, schools, clean accommodation, good and clean common kitchen replete with kitchen pots, pans, etc, friendly and helpful staff and even other guests! The noise level especially outside hotel - drunk people shouting in the wee hours of the morning and construction right outside the window. Also, acoustic not so good especially outside the door. We can hear every time the elevator door opens or if someone is trying to get to their room or just plain talking in the hallway. Location of soap not easy when in shower. Wish parking is free! Also would've been lovely if a few dollars knocked off our accommodation cost especially since we extended stay. (Just good PR?) |

Easy access to the city centre and amenities. Able to extend length of parking stay by just paying $10 for another 24 hours' worth of parking. Mattress was a bit too soft. |

I found the room lovely and clean and modern. I was on the 8th floor and loved the view from there. I was only there one night. I liked everything about it. |

Truly excellent receptionists and manager, who are really friendly and professionally well trained. When the receptionist was busy, the manager came to help guests check in. I feel they respect guests and treat people equally. When someone smoked at the balcony, the smell of smoke entered the room where we stayed, which was two doors away from the balcony. The smell of smoke stayed in our room for a while, which was the only bad experience we had during our stay. Following a receptionist's suggestion, we closed the balcony door, but it was reopened later when someone wanted to smoke there. |

Quiet City location for the weekend, but not on Monday morning! Staff were friendly and helpful. Double Room was small. Noisy Building site next door began work at 7am. |
