One of the cleanest hotels we have ever been to in this price-range. Really nice cooking facilities with lots of stainless steel. The rooms are kind of small but you got everything you need. |

Excellent location and friendly staff. Great that they provide a baggage storage room and check out at 1030 is much better than 10am. The mattress was in very poor shape - uncomfortable and needed to be replaced. It would be nice to have actual milk provided rather than sachets of 'creamer', especially since there is a fridge in the room. |

Clean room, helpful staff. This is a very basic hotel with simple no frills rooms, although they do have refrigerators and electric kettles. I was not told about the lounge in the basement which seemed to have full cooking capability. No free internet access |

Good price for the facilities provided and the hostel is clean. The wall is so thin and we could hear people talking and yelling next door. We couldn't sleep until 6am in the morning. The bed is extremely soft which gave me a sore back. |

I liked the fact that it was clean, reasonably priced, that there was car parking available. I also liked the fact there were facilities available to cook and that I had an on suite shower room. I liked being able to make tea and coffee in my room and the proximity to the city centre. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would definately stay again. I did not like the fact that even though I'd booked parking other vehicles were often parked there leaving me with no space. Only other minor gripes were cooking smells right through the hotel including my room on the 8th floor and the occasional very noisy guest. None of these things would prevent me from re booking though. |

location, very friendly staff, uncomplicated, laundryfacilities etc. simple + clean can't ask for more but still it's too expensive for what you get and the prices for the internet is a rip of! |

Good location The cleaning service is bad! No daily cleaning provided, they only make the bed, the bathroom was left untouched for 5 days when I stayed there, no bath towel being changed during the whole time. |

The price was fantastic. Staff was friendly even when we got mixed up with daylight savings. Good, clean cheap accommodation More pillows in the room, and maybe a iron and ironing board. |

The location to where we wanted to be. Interaction with other guests at breakfast.The low cost of the room. No sound proofing in walls between units.An inconsiderate and rude woman who we think was a cleaner. |

The front desk's staff was really helpfull and friendly! Karla, Rachel, Kassandra and Romi, they were fantastic! My new tv didnt work during my entire stay. |

It was convenient The walls were very thin - lots of noise from other rooms. I was not confident about the cleanliness of cups and glasses, not confident that they had been hygienically cleaned. The parking was very disorganised. A handtowel and a shower caddy would have been pleasant. |

I loved the location if the accommodation. It is literally in the heart of the city and it was a really short walk to Sky Tower. The better part is, that unlike other hotels, it is 500m from the noisy streets. This allows visitors to sleep peacefully at night! Also, this was big value for money and a great option for students! Lack of telephones in rooms |
