Hotel is located pretty close to CBD

It's more like a motel or students house not a hotel, room size is pretty ok but toilet is not really new, beds are not really comfortable, rooms are not cleared daily and there was construction just next to my window when I was there so I was woken up 8am daily.

It is very cheap and well located in the center of Auckland. Also very nice to have a personal fridge in your room.

It is a pitty that close by there is a firedepartment, a police station and an ambulance post. Which cause a lot of noise with their sirens.

Excellent location and friendly staff. Great that they provide a baggage storage room and check out at 1030 is much better than 10am.

The mattress was in very poor shape - uncomfortable and needed to be replaced. It would be nice to have actual milk provided rather than sachets of 'creamer', especially since there is a fridge in the room.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was helpful. It was in close proximity to downtown and activities.

I liked the fact that it was clean, reasonably priced, that there was car parking available. I also liked the fact there were facilities available to cook and that I had an on suite shower room. I liked being able to make tea and coffee in my room and the proximity to the city centre. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would definately stay again.

I did not like the fact that even though I'd booked parking other vehicles were often parked there leaving me with no space. Only other minor gripes were cooking smells right through the hotel including my room on the 8th floor and the occasional very noisy guest. None of these things would prevent me from re booking though.

Good location

The cleaning service is bad! No daily cleaning provided, they only make the bed, the bathroom was left untouched for 5 days when I stayed there, no bath towel being changed during the whole time.

The location to where we wanted to be. Interaction with other guests at breakfast.The low cost of the room.

No sound proofing in walls between units.An inconsiderate and rude woman who we think was a cleaner.

it was nice and quiet staff were friendly and the view out the window was amazing. very nice for low cost!

Walking distance to the Sky Tower and Queen street.

It was convenient

The walls were very thin - lots of noise from other rooms. I was not confident about the cleanliness of cups and glasses, not confident that they had been hygienically cleaned. The parking was very disorganised. A handtowel and a shower caddy would have been pleasant.

I loved the location if the accommodation. It is literally in the heart of the city and it was a really short walk to Sky Tower. The better part is, that unlike other hotels, it is 500m from the noisy streets. This allows visitors to sleep peacefully at night! Also, this was big value for money and a great option for students!
